The day starts with the discovery of our small farm located outside the city and its pollution and nuisances.

There is a wide variety of dishes that you can learn to cook, as the most popular dishes that tourists like to learn to prepare are: different types of tagine (chicken tagine with olives, meat and vegetable tagine, meat and prune tagine, ...), different types of couscous (couscous with meat and vegetables, couscous with raisins and onions, ...), pastilla (chicken pastilla)

and at the end of the class, a variety of salads are served with the dishes prepared during the class as well as seasonal fruits and Moroccan tea.

You could also enjoy our swimming pool to cool off!

We will prepare our dishes and our bread together... you will discover Moroccan cuisine and learn to make your own traditional Moroccan dishes. and explore its secrets. we will share with you our experience and we will be sure that you can return home. During the course you will have our full support to make sure you learn the right way, and please be free to ask any questions you have about Moroccan cuisine or culture... The most amazing experience - Othman warmly welcomed into his family home where he shared the secrets to his tagine. It was clear how passionate he is about cooking and bringing people together. Would highly recommend if you want an authentic, exciting experience off the beaten track.

Just outside Marrakech, we had an amazing experience at this beautiful farm. Othman, Rachel, and their lovely family welcomed us warmly, and their adorable twin girls made the workshop even more special. We learned to cook a delicious lamb tagine, homemade bread, zaalouk, and a refreshing Moroccan salad. The food was absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. The hospitality was outstanding, and the setting was stunning—a perfect escape from the city. Highly recommended for an authentic, heartwarming experience with amazing food!

It was a great cooking workshop dedicated to Moroccan cuisine. Very nice to do with a group. They welcome you in a beautiful place where you can experience the real Moroccan hospitality in addition to delicious food. A beautiful place in the sign connection and great food! It is by far the best cooking class in Marrakesh. The hosts (Otthman and Rachel) did a wonderful job to get us like home, we had really interesting discussion on the marocaine culture and we cooked amazing tajine, lamb and vegetables with the little bread. Their garden is wonderful, with the pool and the cooking area. Thank you for everything and we will recommend this place to our friends and family!!!

One of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech! The cooking class was an incredible experience that combined learning, great flavors, and authentic Moroccan hospitality. We prepared a traditional tagine and fresh Moroccan bread with the guidance of an experienced local chef, who made the entire process fun and accessible. The setting was breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing under a shaded pergola while our dishes simmered over the fire. I can’t recommend this experience enough for anyone visiting Marrakech.
