We do still whites and reds but also sparkling wine following the traditional method. What has biological diversity to do with wine growing? What influences does the soil have on wine quality? Is it possible to grow wine sustainable? Get your answers to these and more questions and delve into our family winery to learn about traditional and modern wine growing.

5.00We were warmly received by Alex. Got a clear explanation about the treatment and maintenance of the vines. We received good explanations on all questions. The processing of the grapes was also explained in clear language. Respect for the many handicrafts. The wine tasting was simple but very tasty. Went home with Riesling and delicious grape juice. Alex thank you.
