  Really enjoyed the tour. Was easy to organise and great correspondence from the company with tips and advice. The driver Agus came and picked up on time and send me text the night before confirming. The tour guide Putu was awesome and very friendly and took some great photos and very accomodating. Can highly recommend this tour, even it’s an early start of the day the sunrise was spectacular. .

  We did a private tour for two people and loved it. Such a uniquely different and fascinating experience. The walk is short but intense. Up, up and more up! The views and steam vents on the crater rim make it very worthwhile. Our guide Ketut, was fabulous. So happy, so friendly and so kind!

  This was one of the biggest highlights of our trip to Bali! Our driver Melta picked us up right on time and drove us safely to the headquarters before we met our guide Ketut, who exceeded all of our expectations by helping us climb the mountain in the pitch black morning. He was kind and extremely helpful during difficult parts of the trek, both up and down, and captured great photos of the sunrise for us. Melta also then brought us to hot springs and a wonderful hidden gem coffee stop, which we were delightfully surprised by. Overall it was a wonderful morning and we will recommend this company to our friends traveling to Bali in the future!

  I had an amazing experience going on this Mt Batur hike up. Right from the beginning, the trip organiser Jero responded to my queries promptly and when the day arrived, my driver, Wira made me feel very welcomed. He got in touch with me the day before to let me know when he will arrive and then was there early and waiting for me. He drove me safely to the destination. My guide for the trek, Madeh was absolutely fantastic and reliable in helping me navigate the trail and brought me safely to summit. Everything worked in our favour with him reminding me to take it easy as I was on holiday and should relax. :) When I came back down, my driver, Wira was reliably waiting for me to take me to my next destinations, the hot springs and waterfalls. He followed me down to the waterfalls and helped to take excellent pictures of me. Overall, I was very well taken care of and I totally recommend these organizers!   We had a fantastic trip. Our guide Bupu was amazing. He had been doing trips like this for 24 years and knew exactly where to take us for the best photos and away from the crowds. We loved it, thank you so much Bupu. We also had a great time visiting the coffee plantation afterwards, a really interesting and unique experience.

  Had a fantastic Sunrise check to Mount Batur. My guide was amazing and couldn’t have done it without him. The Sunrise was absolutely breathtaking, and so worth getting up early in the hike up to the summit

  Nice service! We were picked up by Mahendra (driver). Then Made and his wife guided us to the top of Mount Batur where we had breakfast. Had a lovely trip!

  We did the private sunrise hike of Mount Batur as a family of 4 (2 elderly parents above 60 years, and 2 adults in mid 30s). Selected this company the previous night, primarily based on TA reviews (our driver wanted to go with someone else, but we didn’t see good reviews for that company). Very reasonably priced too, and payment terms are convenient as they ask for full payment when you are dropped back at hotel. They picked us up from hotel in Ubud in a car early morning and took us to meeting point. They gave us water bottles, rudimentary (but effective) walking sticks made of bamboo, and a head mounted flashlight. This was our first hike in many years, and parents obviously aren’t in the best of stamina to do this. However, the guide we had (Kecak) took mom by her hand and pulled her up for most of the journey!! We had sent dad by motorbike for 90% of the way, and for the remaining 10%, Kecak helped him too. There was another lady who met us midway (she does the trip up many times, and sells small knick knacks to eat). She helped us tremendously too, and Kecak said that she is his sister. We were obviously more than happy to tip both of them generously for their efforts (it is quite a bit of physical hard work). We later realized that Kecak took us through the hard way while going up coz it’s shorter and that way, we wouldn’t miss the sunrise at the top. This was more difficult for him (and we would have been none the wiser in the middle of the night in a new place), but he is a professional that way. And he took great pictures at the top too. We met many other guides on the way, but liked the attitude and helpful nature of our guide the most. Strongly recommend the guide, and this company overall.

  We had a fantastic hike and overall experience with our driver Tomblos and hike guide Kinkin. The view was fantastic and much worth the early wake up!
