4.00Amazing views and very convenient to be driven to all nice spots around Mt Fuji. Also very good that we could book the day before, knowing the weather would be perfect with clear skies. We had a great experience during the trip. The guide told us interesting facts and also took a lot of photos. Our trip were booked and payed at a schedule 8-18 but please be aware that the company demands that you go 6-15 instead. We do understand that it is smarter to be before the crowds, but it would be much fairer to have the correct timetable in the booking. Also be aware of the fact that the company only communicates through WhatsApp so you must download that app in advance.

5.00Had a great day with our driver Hassy. He was very flexible and allowed us to customize our itinerary. The recommended stops were good and provided great views of Mt Fuji. We didn’t feel rushed at any of the locations

1.00After booking we receive no correspondence from them so I reached out via email on Feb 21st to confirm pickup time and location. I received absolutely no response. Then the night of Feb 22 they sent an email to my email address asking me to confirm my email address. I replied directly to their email wirhin 2 hrs of receipt confirming my email address and let them know I had sent an email the day before asking for pickup time and the guides information as I had not yet received any correspondence from them. I again received no response from them. They no showed for our tour on Feb 23rd after payment had been made at booking on Jan 2st. Beware!!! Do NOT book with this company. They would not answer the phone either so we ended up having to plan our own way into the city! Horrible!!!

3.00The tour is really fast. There is little time to visit the points as you really want. -The full tour was not completed as we were not taken to point 1 (5th station) or point 8 (ice cave). They promise wifi but the vehicle didn't have The vehicle was not really clean
