    If you are looking for a private transfer, this Service is correct. Do not expect a guide to places visited, the Service is provided by foreigners who are not Tourist Guides and who are not prepared. It is simply Shuttle Service.

    The tour operator person did not respond at all to any of our messages and calls and did not turn up for the tour. As I am a person who refuse to give up we arranged alternative arrangements quickly and did the tour with someone else... Now filed a complaint and waiting for refund and compensation from Viator. If you dont want to take chances then do not use this operator.. Cant be trusted.

    The tour was very good, we went to lake Kawaguchiko and to the Pagoda. It was perfect weather and our chauffeur, Rana was very accommodating to our requests. He took us to the major spots and customized the tour as per our requests. We would definitely recommend booking a tour with them.
