Driver arrived late. He wore slippers and looked unprofessional compared to other tour drivers we had experience with. Bad driving habits, speeding and used cell phone while driving. Ran a red light at a ped cross walk and almost hit two pedestrians. Trans was an old and worn mini van and did not match to their listed tour description in Viator. We did not have a good feel of how our time was best used because he didn’t seem like have a plan. We ended up returning Tokyo early and called for the day. This agency is mostly overrated.

The entire trio was so well organised. Siddique is very friendly and accommodating. Very punctual, arrived 15 mins early and waited. Guided us to the right spots to see amidst our packed schedule. We had 2 kids in the car and he took us to an exclusive ice cream place too.

I visited with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The vehicle was very clean, and comfortable for journey with family. The guide Siddique was very good, and he took us to lesser known but amazing sights away from crowded places for viewing Mt Fuji. I would definitely recommend th to my friends and others

This was an excellent tour. Our guide, Araz, knew his craft and was able to take us to viewpoints that were off the beaten track. This was especially important since we had a mostly cloudy day he took the effort to find spots where we could get great photos . Much of the day is spent in the car and Araz demonstrated his excellent driving skills by successfully negotiating Tokyo’s heavy traffic

It rained all day and Mt Fuji won our game of hide and seek. You would think this means we did not have a good day but we had an amazing time taking in the sites and I honestly forgot the point of the tour was to have multiple views of Mt Fuji. Musa was our driver, he was able to coordinate picking us up an hour early from our hotel (5:30a) to avoid traffic and crowds. This is a must. We noticed as we were leaving many places the crowds, literally by the bus load, were showing up. Musa easily communicated with us via WhatsApp. If we finished a site early it was easy to give him a call and he would pick us up. This is not a guided tour. The driver will take you to the sites, explain what you will see, point you in the correct direction and in our case snap a photo or two of your group. If you’re self sufficient and looking to separate yourself from larger tour groups, this is for you. The vehicle was a large van that could seat 6 or 7 people easily. This tour was for our family of four which includes a 4 and 16 year old

The tour was amazing, custom to our needs, our driver gave us enough time on the attractions and suggested places, even food options. We are really happy with the outcome and we recommend it. Thanks!

Imran made the day interesting, fun and easy ! The car was very clean and comfortable and he was able to drop us off at attractions that larger buses weren’t able to. We were pleased that we opted not to take the train as we experienced so much more !

TLDR: Tour guide, company, and itinerary made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. We were so fortunate to have had an excellent guide and cooperative weather. BZ Tours were flexible and very accommodating. We added a side excursion to Kamakura which put us into overtime, but so worth the extra fee. Our guide Cheema picked us up at our hotel in Asakusa, we finished the tour at our hotel in Hakone so we didn't have to backtrack to Tokyo. Cheema was our guide, and he is knowledgeable, gracious, and no slacker. Easy to talk to and quiet when we napped, he made sure we were ready when Fuji appeared. Cheema coordinated with us for an early departure to avoid much of the traffic congestion. He gave realistic timelines, expectations, and plotted efficient routes. He even hiked up the the steps to Chureito Pagoda to help us take pictures at a crowded lookout point. Pointers: Make sure to recap the must dos, amount of time at each location, have a sim with good coverage so you can easily coordinate with the guide for pickup when you're done with a site. Plan for lunch so that they can take you to a place you want to eat, for us it was a Konbini for drinks and snacks and a cheap Japanese place (Sushiro). Sites we went to **Chureito Pagoda -- if it's not cloudy it's worth it for the view. The hike up the 500 steps was worth it-it burned. **Oishi Park and the drive around Lake Kawaguchi was very pretty with delicious soft-serve and planted beds. I got the grape flavors and we got fruit from the stand that we are still talking about. **Lake Kawaguchi **Lawson *Sadly Oshino Hakkai was disappointing; the most crowded. The food stalls smelled good and the waters clear. *5th station was closed so we didn't go there. *Wished we went to another spot instead of Oshino Hakkai. Kamakura- just gorgeous **Big Buddha Dabaisu - cherry blossoms and tranquil **Hasedera - views, flowers
