  Today I joined an MTB tour at El Durazno Bike Park, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. When I travel for work for several days, I always enjoy adding a bit of sport to my routine, and I like finding local organizations that make it easy—and Biketur Chile delivered perfectly. Everything was handled smoothly, from the simple payment process to the precise and punctual hotel pickup and drop-off. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. A special thanks to Cristobal and Nacho, who guided me during the 4 hours tour—they were outstanding, and I couldn’t have asked for better company. The whole organization was top-notch. I highly recommend El Durazno Bike Park to anyone who enjoys some good enduro riding 😉. Thanks again to everyone involved: Jean Claude for the flawless organization, Fabian for the logistical support, and of course Cristobal and Nacho for making the day even more enjoyable.

  Epic MTB experience in Chile with Jean-Claude and Chris. From the outset, everything was seamless. Jean-Claude took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored the experience accordingly. Meeting Chris on the day was a highlight—super easygoing, great to chat with, and genuinely interested in who I was and why I was in Chile. He also helped me refine my technique, which made a real difference on the trails. The MTB park itself was incredible, and the whole crew added to the experience—we met Philip on the way up and William at the top, and everyone was welcoming and friendly.   Great experience! Hyper complete tour and very involved guides for the success of the experience. At the level of landscapes and different trails, the facilities and tracks are very fun and adapted to all levels. Regarding the equipment, the bike was perfectly adapted to my size, and perfectly adapted to the terrain. Thank you for everything 🫶🏼

  My experience with biketour chile was excellent. From the first moment they were concerned to know what I wanted to do and the proposal they made to me could not be better. We did the tours of Cerro Manquehue. They picked me up at the hotel, gave me a very good bike and suitable for the trip, gifts and left me back at the hotel. Having them handle the transport to and from the mountains made the entire day completely stress-free.   Jean Claude is a very accommodating and kind tour guide! I rented a road bike from him to take on the mountain! Even though I didn’t have all the gear he helped me out and had some funny stories to tell! Would definitely recommend:)

  Jean Claude and Biketur is the best way to go to experience mountain biking in Santiago. It’s not a “tour” - it’s a guided ride with a friend and great guy. You get solid equipment (if needed), a customized experience, good conversation and of course an amazing ride. I feel like Jean Claude went above and beyond for me, given my tight restrictions. Being there for a work trip, I had nothing. He gave me everything I needed, shuttled me from my hotel, and even let me clean up at his place and made me a coffee. We had great conversations and through that I got to learn more about Chilean culture in general. Absolutely recommend! Thanks again Jean Claude. I will see you again.

  I had a great day cycling the Andes. Fortunately I chose an E-bike. While still getting a good workout, it allows you cover more ground and see more sites. Jean Claude was very attentive and made me feel comfortable with the days events . And had all the equipment required. It was great to see the city from high above , and beyond that the glaciers including a Condor I highly recommend this experience.
