Children must be accompanied by an adult

Name on the reservation must match an oficial valid ID to be able to make the check in at Beach Club.

Reservation holder must be present to let in any member of this reservation.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The beach and pool were gorgeous! The food was awful! The drinks were watered down (sodas or alcohol). The taxi rides there are way too expensive. The tickets to this resort are expensive too.

Arrived at Mr. Sanchos EARLY (there were 6 ships on the island this day, if this is the case when you visit, I suggest trying to be first off the ship and first to the taxis to arrive to Mr.Sanchos, as lounge chairs are limited to first come first serve basis. Taxi cost is $20 each way for up to 4 people and the taxi system is very plentiful and reliable as they have agents triaging need. When we arrived at check in, we were told that Viator had cancelled our booking and we had to pay again ($68 per adult and $47 for a teen). The beach is absolutely beautiful and the food and drinks are wonderful. The service was fantastic and the only thing we wished was that we could have spent more time there. I did contact Viator while we were there to confirm that they had in fact cancelled our tickets to ensure proper refund (which we have been assured we will receive from Viator) but was told the vendor was the one to cancel. It didn’t make a difference for us, given that they still had availability when we arrived (one of the first to arrive) but if they had been sold out, this clearly would have been an issue. Overall great excursion and we very much enjoyed our time there.

Ivan and Russel worked their butts off for us and it did not disappoint. The food was good and the resort was clean and well ran. Great customer service and not a far drive from Port. This is a no brainer and a great deal for your buck.
