Please note that beach club pick-up is not included. You can arrange transportation to Mr. Sancho's back and forth via the local Taxi transportation union which you can take at the cruise ports

We dont accept booking amendments to add more travelers to an existing booking without prior authorization from us
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Name on the reservation must match an oficial valid ID to be able to make the check in at Beach Club.
Reservation holder must be present to let in any member of this reservation.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

1.00Horrible service we went there and had reservations as well they treated us like we didn’t even have a reservation from the time we showed up accusing us of having to prove we had a reservation by showing tickets purchased online then also a form of id to prove the o line tickets from my phone was us and then refused to sit us at a table cause the waiter said we didn’t have a reservation and we had to tell him several times yes we absolutely have a reservation then we hen we went to the bar by the pool to get drinks we told them what we wanted they served everyone else refused to get us drinks and kept asking for tips finally gave us drinks after about 15 min of the bs

5.00Very cool spot. Staff was super attentive and very doting. We had Armando and Raul. Also enjoyed marshmallow at pool bar. Drinks were good. Food was good. Worth the money to us. Only complaint is kids being allowed in areas they shouldn’t. Little kids!!! Diving off pool bar tables. Swinging on pool bar swings. I get it’s parents fault fist 100%, but staff needs to enforce kids to not be in adult areas acting wild.

2.00The first time I went to Mr Sanchos it was outstanding service , friendliness, cleanliness, and great vibes. Went January 17 horrible, service was trash, beach was nasty, food and drinks were underwhelming. Was there 5 hours seen my server twice it was terrible.

2.00We recently visited Mr. Sanchos, and it was an okay experience. Customer service was good! The drinks were sub par (stick with a beer), and the food was not good. Very bland and lack any flavor. The beach had tons of seaweed. We enjoyed the music they were playing. It was very convenient and easy for us to use a cab to and from. Not worth the price if you ask me.

5.00Arrive early...go to the buffet for your food. There is more to choose from than just the menu. Choose wisely if you're not into sweet drinks. Your assigned a representative for your entire visit and ours did a fantastic job.

5.00Bring beach towels and water shoes. Coconut Shrimp Delicious!! Coconut icecream to die for!! Table service 30 min to recieve food. But wonderful buffets near every pool! You must reserve cabana seperately from day pass ticket But shate at every table. Staff SUPER GREAT! THANK YOU Mani our host for the day!!

4.00This experience was nice and relaxing . There was plenty of space for family to sit together. However to get the better seats, you have to be there early. The food was good and the staff friendly. Souvenirs were available for purchase.

5.00This is the second time I have been to Mr Sanchos. The grounds are very nice, lots of palapas and chairs. Bathrooms very nice and clean. Pools beautiful. A little shopping also available on site. The only negative thing I can say is it is hard to get into the water as there are some rocks making it hard to get out. If you walk farther to the right there is a spot that is clear. Food and service were good.
