What To Expect
Inle Lake
Please note that the location is Khaung Daing Village, on the western shore of Inle Lake. It is a small village and we will walk around, visiting the numerous family-run businesses which run out of their houses, each of whom produce tofu snacks.
What‘s Included
At the end of the tour, you can taste all of the snacks we have seen being created, back at my house.

5.00Mr Zaw takes you round his village and explains the wonderful snacks and tofu that you can find there. Come hungry as you get to try many delicious foods. A great way to do something different and contribute to a locally owned business.

5.00Mr Zao explanations were good. We were able to see so many different traditional food preparation from cheack peas tofu making, to dry beans and so many things. After the tour we could taste different kinds of food at his place. I really recommend it!

5.00Going to this village, meeting Mr Zaw and having him take us on a food tour was the most unique and special thing we did on our trip in Nyuang Shwe. The bike ride to the village was beautiful, and it was so interesting getting to see the way families made all the different foods and snacks that the area was known for. Would highly recommend to anyone!
