5.00We had a great time and Angelo was a wonderful guide! Angelo was knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Mount Etna and the surrounding area. We climbed to the top of an extinct crater and he was a patient and careful guide on the hike. Stopping in Taormina was a great addition to the experience.

5.00Had a wonderful day with our tour guide Eduardo. He was very knowledgeable on everything Mount Etna. We opted for the cable car ride to 6,500 meters and enjoyed the breathtaking views. This was followed by a quick sampling of local beverages and a fascinating tour of a lava cave just off the road to our final stop of Taormina which was absolutely gorgeous.

5.00This was a wonderful experience from pick up to drop-off. Stefano was very responsive, kind, and informative. He made everyone feel comfortable. The tour was great. We had 2 hours in Taormina to walk around at our leisure. The cable car ride up to the peak (or near the peak, there was some walking from there) was fun. I recommend hiking shoes or you can rent them there. Bring a jacket or something warm, as it can get a bit chilly and windy, even in late May, when I was there. I highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

5.00Our guide Carmelo made this tour a wonderful experience. He got us to Mt Etna and guided us through the aerial cable car and onto the 6000 ft elevation while informing us of the geology and history of the volcano. Nearby he gave us helmets so we could enter a lava cave. Carmelo recommended a place for lunch in Ragalna that was fabulous. From there we travel to Taormina where we had free time to roam the city streets and shops. All and all a five star experience. Kudos to Carmelo.

4.00Guide was very good. Mt. Etna was interesting and unique. I had expected a guided tour in Taormina for a little bit instead of 2 hours of just walking around but it was very pretty.

4.00Such a fun day with a small group of people, and everything went smoothly. Our guide Itala was very nice and friendly! A nice combo of activities for the whole day :) The trekking part on Etna was not difficult, so if you wanted more of a challenge or if you want to go higher than 2000m, you probably should book another experience. But if you want to get the gist of Etna without too much trekking, then this is a great option.
