The communication by text and email before the trip was excellent. We knew what we needed to bring and what we were going to see. Our guide, Joel, was very skilled driving the mountainous roads, and had a great sense of humor. He also knew where to go to avoid the crowds and get the best views in spite of weather changes.

This tour was fantastic. The tour operator picked us up promptly and communicated with us as to the time and location for pick up. Our tour guide, Joel was super awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was very patient. He really made the tour enjoyable. The tour was a perfect mix of sights and time for ourselves to do our own exploring. Overall a great tour and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Joel did a great job all day long. Personable, knowledgeable and planned trip well. Allowed ample time for restroom breaks, food purchasers, recommendations for where and what to do were spot on. Well prepared for the day. You could tell he truly wanted us to have a good experience and had checked the weather and traffic etc to make sure we saw Mt Rainier in the open cloud window. We had a very enjoyable day!! Thank you!!!!
