A cooking class in pasta making is the perfect way to learn the art of making delicious Italian dishes. With step-by-step instructions and guidance from an experienced chef, you will learn how to make classic Italian dishes such as tagliatelle all'amatriciana, cavatelli with a four cheeses sauce and tiramisù. You will also learn the secrets behind classic roman sauces. The class will provide all the ingredients and equipment needed to make a delicious Italian meal. After the class, you will be able to impress your friends and family with your newfound pasta-making skills. We are a family: mother, daughter, son and an adorable little dog. If you want to enjoy true Roman hospitality, knock on our door virtually and we will welcome you to our splendid home. Fiamma is a sommelier and Debora is a chef with a passion for the history of Rome, Maurizio is an art expert and a fantastic story teller.

What To Expect
We are a funny and unique Roman family, if you want to try what the Roman Traditions (culinary and otherwise) really are, you have to knock at our door. We will meet in a our wonderful house and you will be greeted with wine and appetizer, funny stories and new friends. During our cooking class of traditional Roman food we will tell you a lot of stories about culinary methods and customs, passed down through generations. We will start by preparing the Tiramisu, followed by Pasta from scratch using Eggs and Water, finally, preparing two different Sauces. You will have the opportunity to join the Food that we prepared drinking Complimentary Wine. We delight in welcoming you to dine as an Authentic Roman with Homemade Food, entertainment and laughs! Other things to note: we have a very nice little dog, children under 12 years old are not allowed (we offer a great cooking class for families just contact us). This experience is great for team building and private groups We can offer this class to a larger number of guests so please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you

5.00Welcome to my belated review of Much More Than Just a Cooking Class in Rome. This actually deserved an immediate review however after traveling to Ireland the next day, I spent much of my time in the emergency department of a Limerick Hospital (on an unrelated matter of course!) and now all my reviews are late! But enough about me! Mamma and Maurizio were absolutely stand out hosts and teachers. My sister and I had a wonderful time rolling out pasta on the guitar strings, singing and mixing tiramisu ingredients to Dancing Queen, and torturing Maurizio with stories of my Pavlovamisu abomination. This was one of the absolute highlights of my 3 week trip to Europe and cannot recommend it enough - and not least because Rolly dog is a very good boy (13/10). The banter between mum and son is truly heartwarming. Cinque Stelle. Molto bene!

5.00We LOVED this cooking experience! Our group of three joined another couple, and the five of us had an unforgettable evening. The hosts were fantastic—keeping the energy up with music, laughter, and mystery shots from the “mystery belt.” Everyone got a chance to participate with unique and fun cooking tasks, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. We were proud of what we created! Highly recommend taking a taxi to the location (walking would be tough), but the view is stunning. I’ll be recommending this to all my friends visiting Rome!

5.00This experience was AMAZING. First, you do the cooking class in their home which feels extremely authentic, because you see how exactly the locals cook and what instruments they use. You can tell that all the ingredients used are very good quality, especially by feel and taste. The recipes that are used were passed down from their family and are so simple and so flavorful. The ladies are so wonderful and have such great energy that they made the class an amazing experience.
