  Excellent service. Booking confirmed a day earlier with details of driver, car model and number plate and to confirm destination through whatsapp. Driver turned up 15mns earlier which was great as we were ready. Great driver, polite and carrying our luggage to the car. Arrange for a stop for food and drink. Pleasant journey. Booking in advance and payable in my currency made things more simple. Highly recommend because it takes you door to door.

  Everybody be careful. First, communication between the headquarters and the driver should have been hampered, such as the price included parking, the driver and scenic staff even asked me to pay, then came back to the headquarters; at one attraction, we had long ago proposed to stay with the headquarters for two hours, only an hour and a half after the driver came I said stay too long, everyone else is staying for an hour, so the headquarters did not communicate with the driver at all about the stay time. The driver almost took us to the wrong hotel when he arrived in Nha Trang, and I wonder if the headquarters didn't send the correct address or if the driver himself didn't look closely. Secondly, when the headquarters discussed the trip with me, I didn't check the location of every stop with me, I had to charter a bus to the winery, they located me in the downtown liquor store, only a few hundred meters from my hotel, don't you think, why are they chartering a bus in the city? The head office asked me to be overcharged to pay for their company's own mistakes (500k, just 50km more, time we were afraid to delay too long so we were considerate of the driver and ended the winery visit early), so we only secured a 40 per cent exemption for fear of being left halfway by the company. The communication on top of the social software was smooth at first, creating an illusion. We made two trips, and both stumbled with their own traps. What was supposed to be cheaper to book around the platform actually came at an extra cost. In the end, apart from the fact that we were unhappy, I don't think the driver was happy either, because he drove more kilometers for the wrong reasons at headquarters. Both journeys are in good condition and the driver is very skilled, which is why it still has 3 stars. Who wants to be so angry when they come out and play? Good for yourself, HQ, brain is a good thing, I hope you grow whole.

  Mui ne to Ho Chi Minh Excellent service - exactly as we had hoped. Great communication via WhatsApp, driver arrived slightly earlier which was excellent. Well kept car and very smooth trip. Stopped at a very nice rest stop on the way. Price was incredible considering we had been quoted double. Highly recommend - it was a dream ride.

  I requested a transfer from Tan Son Nhag Airport (SGN) to Mui Ne and back via WhatsApp in advance. I got a quick response and a very good offer back. Both on arrival at the airport and before returning from the hotel, I received a photo of the vehicle as well as the name and contact details of the driver. So I had all the information and at the same time the transfers were confirmed again. Both drivers drove safely and at a comfortable speed. Conclusion: everything great: Organization, price, friendliness!

  I used this company to travel from ho chi min city to mana muinne on the coast which takes about 3 hours. They also picked me up for the return trip. The cars were on time, well driven and were comfortable. The prices were reasonable and the pre booked trips took the risk out of using the grab app. I would recommend them.
