Join us on this enchanting trail as we delve into the rustic charm of this village, its vibrant lifestyle, agricultural traditions, and spell-binding stories of the revered guardian deities worshipped by the local community. Experience agritourism through this tour’s holistic approach to sustainability. Participate in various stages of the farming process at ‘Mulgão Verde’ coconut farm and understand the process of Virgin Coconut Oil production along with other novel products. Understand the various uses of the coconut palm in all areas of daily life in Goa on this enriching expedition. Top this off with a wholesome meal prepared by the folks of this village as you enjoy the gentle breeze in the middle of a coconut grove. Special Note: This experience is not a walking trail and requires transportation. Explore the village using your own vehicle or transport mode arranged at your end.

5.00It was a lovely experience. Our guide Ms. Dazzle was super warm, welcoming and engaging. I really liked the passion with which she was explaining us the Goan history, only a true guide would do that. The coconut farming experience took the entire tour to another level. It was informative and fun. The local people at the farm also cooked us a delicious and healthy meal! Thank you Dazzle and Rohan for a wonderful time. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience.

5.00A great morning! Our guide, Pratim, who was charming, took us to three different temples and explained the history. We then went to a coconut farm where the owner amazed us with the process of coconut farming, followed by a fabulous vegetarian lunch.

5.00We had such a special day at Mulgao village. Pritram was our guide & he went above & beyond to accommodate us to make sure that we got the most out of the tour. It was very interesting learning about the religions, seeing the temples, & immersing ourselves in the coconut farm. The food was homemade by a local woman & delicious! Well worth the money! We learnt a lot & as only two women on the tour, we felt very comfortable. Would definitely go again!

5.00Our experience in the village of Mulgao was fantastic and gave us some really special insights into Goan tribal traditions and local farming. The tour started with stories behind the tribal temples of Mulgao, each having its own unique past and tradition. After the temples, we went over to Mulgao Verde, a farm focused on sustainable and minimally processed virgin coconut oil production. The owner himself gave us a demonstration of the extraction process and did an amazing job explaining the many uses of every part of the coconut. We ended the tour with the most incredible banana leaf lunch made from ingredients sourced directly from the farm. Of course this review cannot be complete without mentioning our amazing storyteller Pritam. From the get go, he was so excited to explain the local stories, show us around, and take pictures for us. His enthusiasm was infectious and we wouldn’t have enjoyed the tour as much without it. He even made the extra effort to pick up cake for my husband’s birthday so we could enjoy it after lunch. Thank you to Pritam, Rohan, and the Make it Happen team for such a wonderful experience!
