This is a fun and informal cookery course with one of Albania's most well-known chefs. As well as showing you how to cook two dishes from Mullixhiu's menu, Bledar will share a few stories from his time at Noma, under chef René Redzepi, and Fäviken, under chef Magnus Nilsson.

Before returning to Albania a decade ago, Bledar Kola worked in some of the world's most famous restaurants, including Copenhagen's Noma and Sweden's Fäviken. Mullixhiu is renowned across Albania, and was featured in the "50 Best Discovery" list, compiled by the 50 Best Restaurants organisation to showcase up-and-coming chefs. In this exclusive cookery class you'll learn to cook two of Mullixhiu's signature dishes (season dependent) under Bledar's watchful eye. This will be a fun and informal experience! At 19.00 you'll sit down to enjoy Mullixiu's tasting menu (thankfully prepared by Bledar and his team).
