We did two different tours, both arranged by Leo at Ethiopia Travel Buddy. They were very different treks, so I will review them separately. First, was the Danakil Depression Tour. It was incredible, but also challenging. We joined travellers from other tours and saw the most amazing places. Geography and geology like I’ve never seen anywhere else! This trip requires folks to “rough it” a bit. Sleeping outdoors and finding your own “facilities”. But it was well worth the effort!

Leo was a fantastic guide /fixer for both my trip to Danakil Depression and then to the Omo Valley. Once in a lifetime experience! Thank you Leo for looking after me as a solo female traveller with special unique experiences and connections!
