Buy a ticket for a specific time. The signage for the line to get in is bad. One line is for people with tickets for a specific time. This line moves along. The other line is for people without tickets or for those with tickets but without a time. If it’s busy you can wait over an hour in this line. We had tickets without a time, waited then asked why the line was not moving and that we had tickets. They then instructed us to move into the line for those with tickets and a time. Very bad set up, which they acknowledged.

Museum more beautiful than I thought and tickets arrived in perfect timing. Very interesting temporary collections.

The "optional audio" that is "included" in the price is NOT the audio tour (with headphones) available at the museum.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. We loved all the paintings. They were beautifully displayed and well lit. I would recommend.

The museum was wonderful. But the ticketing process was disappointing. With the ticket there was not an assigned time for entry, which I understood from the website. I did not expect to stand in the very long line for people who had no reserved times, including those with no ticket. The ticketing process maybe saved a little time once inside the museum to buy a ticket. But it was not worth the additional cost. I wish I had booked directly with the museum even though I would have had to wait a few days to get an available time slot. Or perhaps just have waited in the long line without having to pay the extra cost.

We had to wait despite having purchased our tickets in advance. The audio guide, apart from Monet’s room, didn’t match the exhibition at all, and it would actually have been cheaper to buy the tickets on-site with an audio guide that matched the exhibition.

Don’t bother buying a flexible tour ticket. You still have to wait in line with people who have no tickets. We waited one hour. While the confirmation of the ticket purchase was sent via email, we only later found the actual tickets on WHATSAPP. Why is this done? It caused great confusion at the entrance to the museum and delayed our experience further. Why aren’t the tickets sent in the same platform as the confirmation? Very disappointed in TripAdvisor.

It Is not worth it. You have to wait in the same line as having no ticket so I wasn’t able to go in because the wait was too long

The Museum was great. It is small and doesn't take a long time to go through this museum. I gave this an average rating due the two hours we had to wait in line to get into this place. We bought our tickets ahead but did not get a timed ticket. This was not an option when we purchased these tickets. I would highly recommend only purchasing timed tickets for this museum.
