The museum was beautiful BUT DON’T BUY FLEXIBLE tickets. You will stand in the same line as those who come without tickets until everyone with a time slotted ticket enters. Very misleading especially since I had an elderly limited mobile parent in my group and led to believe a flexible ticket could get me in anytime until we actually got to the museum.

Martina is a lovely guide with a comprehensive knowledge of modern art, and she loves le Musée de l’Orangerie.

Unless you book time you wait very long… did not get the audio… could not retrieve the ticket for that portion….

We booked last minute to avoid the line and within minutes had tickets and vouchers to the exhibit. We avoided standing in the two hour line in the pouring rain!

You people totally suck! I thought I was getting a skip the line timed ticket. I will never use your company again and I will highly un recommend you. I arrived at the museum. The line is a four hour wait at least!

I gave 1 because I could not give 0 because this experience was NEVER given to us that the tickets were a scam. We arrived at the entrance and the museum operator told us that they were not the official museum tickets and that we would have to redo them. So we couldn't even get in with these tickets.

Do not purchase these anytime tickets under any circumstances. You will not get in without a multi-hour wait, if at all. Even if you do make it to the front of the line, you can just purchase the entry for €12.50. I am very disappointed in Viator for allowing this third party vendor to rip off its customers. I love L'Orangerie, but you must purchase timed tickets, not untimed tickets! If they are not available from the museum website and you cannot find a timed ticket from a third party vendor, you will need to pick another day or another museum.

This is a gorgeous and very manageable museum (not too big). The only issue we had was that the audio portion of the tour was not at all comprehensive (didn't cover many paintings) and did NOT really discuss at ALL the water lilies, except for their large size and that they were meant to be hung next to each other. There was way too much history about Monet and nowhere near enough about the specific paintings.

Museum is well worth the visit. Even though we arrived just before opening priority given to skip the line. Took half hour to clear 9am bookings and another 15 minutes to clear 930 bookings. In the end we were in line for close to an hour. Audioguide is very good but no internet downstairs so be sure to download ahead of time.

We had to wait over an hour in the same line as guests that hadn’t purchased a ticket. The flex pass wasn’t very flexible or efficient. Was disappointing :(
