  • Too expensive for the experience

It’s not worth the cost. Visited Dec.28,2025 for 4 pm slot and it was overrun with large amount of people. There should be a maximum allowable. If that was the allowable then needs to be reviewed as persons were bumping into each other and chaotic waiting to experience each illusion. Got frustrated and left.

  • Don’t waste your money

Extremely over priced for what you get. Displays are run down and poorly maintained. Front desk staff are rude and would not honour their own “ Teacher Appreciation” website promotion. Not appreciation at all for travellers. The promotion requires emailing the marketing team in advance for a promo code. Email sent yesterday at 2pm and I still haven’t received a reply 30 hours later. There are plenty of fantastic museums in Toronto that cost less money. Don’t waste your time on this one.

Cheerful and helpful staff will assist with fun picture-taking and explaining the exhibits. We enjoyed ourselves.

Spent 70$ for me and my partner and the spot was VERY tiny and the illusion aren’t that great either. I would recommend it if you have small kids but we spent 15 minutes and then we were done.

It was a fun experience. If you enjoy using your imagination for the mind bending experience. The host should let you know to read the signs in order to obtain the directions on each exhibit.

If you're looking for a quirky, interactive spot to spend an hour or two in downtown Toronto, the Museum of Illusions Toronto delivers a fun and engaging experience for all ages. While the ticket price feels a bit steep for the size of the venue, the variety and creativity of the exhibits make it worthwhile—especially if you're into puzzles, optical illusions, and snapping some cool photos. 🧠 The museum features a wide range of illusions and brain teasers, including wooden puzzles that can easily stretch your visit to the two-hour mark if you're up for the challenge. Each exhibit is thoughtfully designed and unique, offering a mix of visual trickery and hands-on fun. Though there are written explanations posted throughout, having a guide or staff member to walk you through the science behind the illusions would elevate the experience even more. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 It’s not just for kids—adults will find themselves equally entertained. Whether you're solving puzzles, posing in the vortex tunnel, or marveling at holograms, there's something here to tickle everyone's curiosity. If you’ve got a bit of time to kill and want something light-hearted and interactive, this is a great option for families or groups of friends.

We had a lot of fun in this place. We would definitely recommend it, but we wouldn't go again due to the price. The staff are there to help you capture great photos so you all can be in the pic. Looking for a new profile picture? Here's your stop lol

  • Pop up store with very limited value

This is a tourist trap. $35 per person is ridiculous for what it is. If money is no object then your kids will have some fun for 30-60 mins....but thats it. if you directly compare it to say Ripleys Aquarium....Ripleys is an 8.5/10 and this is a 2/10 for the same price!. It's worth about 10-20 bucks a head ...that is it. Pretty limited...small...like a pop up store. I'd pass...unless money is no object and you really need something to do for an hour or less.

  • Fun but expensive for the amount of entertainment offered

A bit pricey for the one floor experience. Look for deals online to make it more worthwhile. The exhibits they have are fun
