We had a fantastic time on the tour! Despite the rain, we saw plenty of nature: sloths, agoutis, hatching turtles, toucans and lots of monkeys. Jairo was a great guide, very informative and friendly! We would recommend the tour to anyone in the area.

I really enjoyed the tour with Jairo, because he lived in America for some time, he also spoke English very well - so I could understand everything he told very well. We were able to discover some great animals. I can highly recommend the tour and Jairo. He responded to our wishes and he loves his job and you can see that! Could take really nice photos of the animals. I have done a few tours in the almost 3 weeks and Jairo has been the most likeable so far.

I had the chance to take a daytime walking tour with Jairo Brenes, and it was absolutely wonderful. Not only did we enjoy the beauty of the landscapes and Jairo’s deep knowledge of the area, but we were also lucky enough to witness a sloth and a mother spider monkey teaching her baby to walk on its own – such a touching and unique moment! Jairo made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the hike, sharing fascinating facts about the wildlife and plants we encountered along the way. His kindness and passion for nature made this experience so much more than just a tour; it was a memory I will treasure forever. If you’re looking for an authentic, educational, and unforgettable connection with nature, I 100% recommend taking a tour with Jairo.
