Slivovitz Museum - R. Jelinek
Inside the Rudolf Jelínek Slivovitz Museum, discover the long tradition of Czech fruit spirits, especially slivovice. Enjoy a tasting of valašská zelňačka (Walachian sauerkraut soup) with a welcome plum or pear brandy shot.

Our guide, Eva, was fantastic — knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about sharing the stories behind the food and culture.
