Inside the Rudolf Jelínek Slivovitz Museum, discover the long tradition of Czech fruit spirits, especially slivovice. Enjoy a tasting of valašská zelňačka (Walachian sauerkraut soup) with a welcome plum or pear brandy shot.

5.00Milena’s tour was memorable and I recommend it highly. She was engaging, very knowledgeable about Czech cuisine and Prague history, and her narrative and walk exposed us to sights and stories not found in the usual guidebooks. The restaurants were atmospheric (no tourist traps), with good food and each with its own story. Walking with Milena a great way to spend an evening in this beautiful city. Eric S., Maryland, USA.

5.00This experience was so much fun for my husband and I. Our guide, Petra was extremely knowledgeable about not only the food and culture but the history as well. We left the evening with very happy and full bellies as well as a better understanding of Prague and the Chech Republic. I am still thinking about that Sauerkraut soup and ending the evening with a magical elixir. Dêkuji, Petra and hope to join you again when we some day return to Prague. Truly a magical evening.

5.00We had a wonderful tour with Katya. Really friendly group and we got to know each other quickly with Katya’s help. The food stops were good and encouraged us to go to places we would not have considered and try dishes we wouldn’t know to order. Personally I thought some of the selections were very bread heavy but that’s just personal preference. Katya’s knowledge of the city and culture made it all a thoroughly enjoyable evening!
