Moderate Cancellation Policy:
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 21 days or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 30 days or less before event

In the Custom Tour form that will be sent to you after your booking, you’ll be able to let us know of any attractions you have already visited and would not like to see again on this tour. We will carefully review your requests and will create an itinerary based on your preferences
If you cancel the tour any time after we have sent you the custom Itinerary, the service fee of 15% of your total tour cost will be nonrefundable

Organizing and planning a trip requires a lot of time, and if we have made reservations on your behalf, it may be challenging to cancel some booking requests. Once we receive your booking and responses from the Custom Tour form, we’ll begin creating your itinerary and organizing the necessary arrangements for your tour
How far in advance should I book?
Preparing a customized tour takes time, especially if restaurant or venue reservations are needed. We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 3 months in advance, or at least 1 month before your travel date. For requests made within 7 days of travel, we may not be able to arrange the tour in time, and your booking request may be canceled with a full refund
What if I'm late?
We ask that all guests arrive at the location at least 10 minutes before the designated meet-up time
Guests are provided with the tour guides’ phone number before the tour and you can call the tour guide if you need help
Although this is a private tour, the tour guide will only wait for you for up to 30 minutes of start time before the tour is cancelled
Attire: Please dress appropriately for all weather conditions
Passports may be required to verify age on the day of the tour

Good Tour Guide In Nagasaki

4.00We had a good tour with Hero. He showed us the sights we were most interested in seeing since we had already been to Nagasaki. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to navigate us on the tram to multiple spots. He even went out of his way to find a glass shop where we could buy bidro. This doesn’t have anything to do with Hero but the only concern with this company was that after booking months in advance, they advised they wouldn’t confirm our itinerary until 2-3 weeks prior. We were away for over 5 weeks and would have liked to know that our requests would be accommodated much earlier than that time. At 2 weeks we still didn’t have a confirmation until we requested it yet again. If we are paying for a non refundable tour then the details should be available much earlier.

5.00We visited Nagasaki on a stop while on a cruise. It was a great experience. We hired a tour guide for a few hours to do a walking tour. It was very informative and a pleasant way to spend the day. Yuki Kato was our guide and she is delightful. She is knowledgeable about the region, city, culture etc. She remained flexible regarding our agenda and schedule. Highly recommend her.

5.00Our guide, Yuki, was very well organized, kind, helpful, and went out of her way to tailor the tour to our priorities. We used public transportation which gave us a real sense of the city. We visited the Shiroyama National School Building, the Atomic Bomb Museum, the Nagasaki Peace Park, and the modest local Gokoku-jinja Shrine. She squeezed a lot in our 4-hour tour which we enjoyed very much.

5.00This was a terrific tour and I highly recommend it - Hiro was an absolutely great guide and took us to the Atomic Bomb museum and many temples and shrines — he arranged for the car and we had a great meal — 100% take this tour

5.00Wonderful day with Satoshi Nishimura. In 4 hours we visit so many historical places with a big focus on the European exchange specially Portuguese. Satoshi is very much kind and knowledgeable and the Japan history. A day that will not be forgotten. Arigato Satoshi!

5.00Yuko was superb. She made the experience personal as well as being very knowledgeable. Her English is superb making an easy experience for us. We covered everything I targeted and more. Also the taxi driver added to the trip highlighting important sites. I recommend Yuko Tachibana-san to anyone. They will not be disappointed

Essentially you can customise your tour as you like - my preference was for a mixture of both the photo opportunities (key sights) and historic/cultural aspects I can learn about. The tour as organised delivered these elements and with local knowledge of where to go and when in order to avoid the crowds that come ashore from cruises. There is flexibility on the day of the tour too which is great if you think of something last minute or if you want to take more or less time in one place or another. All in all then, an enjoyable time mixed with moments of reflection and poignancy surrounding the event itself. Thank you Yuki.

5.00Came on a cruise ship. Great option to see a lot of important sites efficiently in a short amount of time for very reasonable price. Our guide Hiro was knowledgeable and made using public tram a beeeze. Also entry and exit from the museums and busy spots. Highly recommend.
