Had the most wonderful experience with our unbelievable tour guide Sadam what a man of knowledge on history to tell us. If you want to have a great day with a heartwarming taste of Fiji’s way of living and how close the people of the village are this is definitely the trip to go on. The way Sadam looked after my 81 year old mother getting into and out of the cave was a special moment that she will never forget. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience! We had two adults and two kids (aged 8 & 11), and it was brilliant! Perfect amount of sight seeing and adventuring. The caves are amazing but the villages that you drive through on the way there are just as much of an experience as anything else. Make sure to take things for the village kids (lollies, clothes, balls, school things) to hand out along the way. Big shout out to Sadam and Moses for sharing their knowledge and being the most amazing guides you could ask for!

We absolutely loved this tour. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. There were three vehicles of people however it never felt like too many. The drive to the caves went through small villages and the Guides provided information about each village. The caves themselves were impressive - our cave guide also gave us so much history by the time we left we felt like we were part of it's journey. Honouring the traditions of the culture and people made us feel very privileged to be allowed to enter the cave. Highly recommended.

Was absolutely amazing. We ended up in a car with Zac and Palu and they were the best guides and people you can meet. Stopping to take photos of us along the way, making jokes, getting to know us as we got to know them, they made sure we had the best experience. I had the best time and will definitely be back again!!!!

Tia Maria and Moses were amazing from the start. It was a trip full of learning and beautiful sites. We had our two kids under 3 years with us and they were so helpful and made it so enjoyable for them too! Highly recommend this and couldn’t recommend Tia and Moses enough! Thank you for the memorable day 🙂

Unique experience laced with kawa-filled adventurous excitement. The village ride in an enjoyable rough ride with off-roading experiences given by Moses was great. The most novelty moment of life was being appointed as a Chief and to lead the group for presenting the kawa plant root to the village Priest for conducting a ceremony to grant permission to visit the Naihehe Cave visiting. A great experience indeed to have undergone followed by formal introduction of each. Unfortunately we didn't videograph the whole event maybe as an oversight or as a measure of ample prevention to not upset the holiness of the ritual. The caves were not easy to manouvre for a person like me at 70 years since had to walk through water on a pebbled path. Also one of the 2 places there was needed to bend to go for a stretch of 7-10 metres which could not have been possible without the help of Palu. Thanks also to Tery for having guided the group all along the cave. Both these guides Tery & Palu deserve a big round of applause. After the cave adventure we were treated with home-made kawa by the Priest and delicious blend of fruits, food and kababs awaited us and for this Moses was the hosting host. All in all a great tour one must undertake. Only ensure u have rain shoes with thick soles to undertake the cave - walk.

We enjoyed the Kava ceremony with the Chief . The women in sarongs . The kava drink was ok but gives a weird feeling. The caves were marvelous and its history intriguing however wear water shoes as your shoes will be soaked . The cave has water and stones . The guide was very emotional speaking about the history of her people then and now and that really touched me. Really enjoyed this tour .

We agreed to reschedule to allow the team to go to a funeral. They were very accommodating but it still ended up being a surprise when our tour turned out just being the two of us. We were extremely well looked after by driver Zac and guide Tia. We experienced a beautiful ceremony, saw a spectacular cave system and learnt a lot. Highly recommended.
