We did the private tour that included Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage, Maasai Bead Demonstration/Store, stop for lunch, & Giraffe Sanctuary. Douglas was our guide, and he was fantastic. He tailored the experience to our areas of interest. For example, he knew we really wanted to see Rhinos in the national park and focused on those sightings. He had thorough explanations of the animals and was able to answer all our questions. What was most impressive was the seamless experience that he executed throughout the day during a very busy Saturday in Nairobi. Douglas knows the best places to park, what time to get to the Elephant orphanage/ where to stand to get the best views, how to get extra pellets when feeding the giraffes, the best spot to stop for lunch and the most efficient way to navigate the lines/crowds for each stop of the day. Overall, we had an excellent day and truly feel we experienced the top attractions in Nairobi. We would highly recommend this tour and suggest you ask for Douglas as your guide.

Douglas was phenomenal, he knew how much I wanted to see rhinos since missing them at Masai Mara reserve and he offered to take me to Nairobi National park the very next day for an evening game drive. He picked me up from my location at the Nairobi National museum promptly and we went to Nairobi National park where we saw plenty of animals: rhinos, hippos, ostriches, eagles, geese, etc. Douglas was very knowledgeable about the animals and where we would spot them. After the ride he took me to Kobe touch to learn about the ceramic bead making and Masai women project. It was beautiful to learn about them. Afterward he dropped me to the Village market mall. Due to his knowledge and gracious offerings for 2 days, I was able to see much of Kenya, more than I would have alone or I think with another tour guide. I really appreciate Douglas and I would recommend his services over and over again.

Douglas was phenomenal, he knew how much I wanted to see rhinos since missing them at Masai Mara so he offered to do an evening safari ride in Nairobi National park the very next day. Douglas picked me up from my destination at the Nairobi National museum very promptly and we had an amazing ride through the Nairobi National Park where we in fact did see plenty of rhinos, hippos, ostriches and plenty more. Douglas was very knowledgeable about all the animals and where we may spot them. He was very professional, kind, and charming as my experience the day before. After our ride he took me to Kobe Touch where I learned about the ceramic bead making industry and the Masai women project. It was beautiful to learn about it. Afterward he drove me to the Village Market Mall and I was able to enjoy all the mall amenities. Since Douglas was so knowledgeable and gracious for 2 days with me I felt as if I got to see so much more of Kenya than if I would have been alone or with another tour guide. I really appreciate the time and information he provided. I would recommend his services over and over again. I hope to be back to Kenya!

I recently traveled to Nairobi for a business trip and managed to squeeze in an afternoon tour on April 15, 2025. It was my second time visiting Nairobi National Park and my first time exploring the Giraffe Centre. This visit to the park reminded me that the phrase “a safari is a once-in-a-lifetime experience” doesn’t always hold true, each visit offers something new. My first trip was during the dry season, but this time the landscape was transformed: lush, green, and dotted with blooming flowers. The wildlife was abundant: I was lucky to see both white and black rhinos, a number of giraffes, impalas, elands, ostriches, and even lions. It was an incredibly special experience, different from my first tour. The Giraffe Centre was another highlight. Getting so close to these majestic animals, feeding them by hand, and snapping a few photos with them made it a truly memorable visit. It is an experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nairobi.

Our guide was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly friendly and had extensive knowledge about different animal species, explaining everything in a very engaging and understandable way. It was a pleasure to listen to him, as he shared so many interesting facts with great enthusiasm. He was also very thoughtful, providing us with water. The tour was well-organized, highly informative, and an overall amazing experience. I can highly recommend it to everyone!

It was a really great experience. The wild animals in the vast national park were amazing. I was able to see baby elephants drinking milk, taking mud baths, and even touch them at the elephant orphanage. Feeding the giraffes at the giraffe center was also so much fun. The guide's explanations were also really nice. Where else can I have an experience like this?
