In the morning around 8:30am,your guide and driver will meet you at Nanning hotel lobby and drive you to Detian waterfalls Scenic Area(224km,3hrs driving).

Detian Scenic Resort

The Detian Waterfall Scenic Area lies in Daxin, Chongzuo, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, around 224 kilometers (110 miles) from the downtown area of Nanning and neighboring Vietnam. This waterfall crosses the boundary between China and Vietnam and joins with the Ban Gioc Waterfall in Vietnam. With the good name of the World's Second Largest Transnational Waterfall, it goes through three terraces as it flows down from on high. During the visit, you can ride a bamboo raft to marvel at its grandeur from an even closer distance. Besides, you can take a walking path to get right up to the main waterfall and climb alongside part of the waterfall to reach up to the top of the waterfall to admire an epic open panoramic view of the waterfall and beautiful karst mountains in the background. Getting up close to the waterfall, you may feel the spray from it to help alleviate the heat.

Amazing waterfall at the Chinese/Vietnamese border. Well worth the scenic road trip from Nanning if you can combine with Minshi on your way back.

Very nice, natural Waterfall dividing Vietnam and China. Just that the journey there takes more than 3 hours.
