1.00We are a very poor experience with our airport transfer at Tokyo Our driver was not waiting for us where he was meant to be and we had to send a message to Viator to find him. The driver was very rude did not say hello and it fact did not not say one word for the entire trip. He was in a bad mood. Grappled one case and just walked off. We had to follow him with 3 cases and struggled to keep up. He did not open the car car door for us and just sat in the car. He was an erratic driver driving at 140 kms in 100 kms zone and we were quite scared. Would not use this service again

5.00Great experience. Very easy to book. The operator contacted me a few days before departure. They were tracking my flight and messaged when I landed to text them when we were waiting for bags. The driver was waiting with a sign outside customs. The car was very clean and comfortable and the driver couldn’t have been nicer. I would definitely book again.

5.00It was an excellent experience getting a private transfer to Central Tokyo. It saved a lot of stress as we were met at the airport and then had a luxurious ride to our hotel. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was interesting looking at the scenery on the way in.

5.00This was a top rate experience, especially given how many times I messed up the reservation. First wrong airport which they pointed out to me, then the wrong day! David was incredibly helpful and even pointed us to the website for entry into Japan to speed us thru customs. Our driver was great and the trip to the hotel very comfortable.
