It was an easy way to get from the airport to downtown Tokyo. The van was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that we didn’t have to find a way into Tokyo after a 14 hour flight.

This was a great service. They met us at Narita airport and then dropped us off. No thrills but good and on time and got us to our hotel in Tokyo without any issues at all.

Communication was amazing. Felt confident our ride would be there. Received messages as soon as we landed. Stayed in communication as we lost an item and had to wait an extra 30 minutes. We knew there would be an extra charge for the extra time we took, was fine. Used Google Translate to work with driver on the issue and he was accommodating. The only complaint is that the heat was blasting and extremely uncomfortable for the 1 hour drive.
Best car service experience we have had in any country.

After a very long day of travel from Orlando to Narita we landed to find a message from the car service with clear, concise directions for contacting them once we picked up our luggage and cleared customs. I reminded the service that we would need a few additional minutes to pick up our JR passes and pocket WiFi devices. No problem, they said. And true to their word there were no problems! The service asked for us to send them a photo of our luggage. As instructed we went out to the curb where the driver approached us (he recognized our luggage), greeted us, and loaded our badges into his very comfortable van for the ride to Shinjuku City in Tokyo. The entire process was well-organized, professional, efficient, and friendly. We have already booked our return trip and know that we can count on this company to deliver an excellent experience.
