5.00I worked with the tour operator, David, for multiple transfers and he went above and beyond in working with me due to delays that were not preventable. He made sure that he had a car for our group that was large enough for the 5 of us and all of our luggage. We were picked up at the airport on time and he moved our hotel pickup at the last minute 3 hours later. The drivers were outstanding and assisted with our luggage as well as being very cordial. You can't miss with GT Transfers!
