  We booked through Viator and advised them of the following issues: We were supposed to visit 3 islands. We visited one. Very nice Island (Rose Island) but Shore 2 shore had purchased part of it and it was a building site with a digger, building products and chemicals etc. If we had been advised of these construction works we would not have taken the trip. It was stated that on the itinerary that we would visit Atholl island to swim with pigs. We did not visit this famous island. They bought pigs down on Rose Island (again if we had been advised of this prior to the trip we would not have booked). There are no cute small piglets and just fully grown pigs that did not swim. The ONE rum punch we were offered was of bad standard.  We paid 300 dollars for this trip so you would expect better. There was no commentary at all from the crew regarding any points of interest which is the norm on these type of trips. The turtle swimming that was advertised did not happen! The lunch was some hard bit of chicken some rice and a tiny piece of sweetcorn. There were no other choices. Had to pay for any other drinks when on the island. What really is disappointing is that shore 2 shore did not acknowledge this complaint I sent directly to them. Also when viator contacted them they did not acknowledge there was anything wrong. Such poor customer service. I wished I had booked with a professional tour company such as Sandy Toes.

  Directions to the meeting point were not clear. We actually needed to taxi to the right spot. We ended up on the wrong side of island. We paid $100 to taxi to the right spot to find out them left us. Then we were expected to pay $100/person for a boat to catch up with the tour. I have been many places and this price is outrageous for the trip there. They had other times for the same excursion , but they were cancelled. We then had to taxi back….more money out of our pockets. We have asked Viator and Shore to Shore excursion for a refund but no luck. Do not recommend either company.

  Due to very unclear instructions on where to start our tour, we were taken to the wrong Margaritaville and missed our boat to leave. After paying $100 in taxi fees we were told we’d need to pay another $100 per person to get to the tour. We were not able to be booked on the next tour because those were all cancelled for the day. All requests for any type of refund were rejected for our entire group.

  The directions to get to the boat tour were poor. We went to the incorrect Margarittaville and missed the boat/tour. No alternative offered and no refund given. Poor customer service.

  We had an amazing time on our island adventure! Captain Tristan and First Mate Big Ray were incredible hosts—Tristan drove the boat like a rockstar, and Big Ray was the life of the party. The boat wasn’t overcrowded, so everyone had plenty of space to enjoy themselves. The snorkeling stop was a highlight: warm water, beautiful coral reefs, and lots of colourful fish. We even spotted a couple of turtles from the boat! Pig Island was fun to visit. Lunch (chicken and rice) was okay, and drinks were a bit expensive, but the weather was perfect and the crew truly made the day unforgettable. All the staff were friendly, fun, and went above and beyond. We paid $150 for the 10:30–2:30 trip, and it was absolutely worth it.   I was nervous booking - had concerns about safety, condition of boat etc. Captain Mike & Rashaad “pig daddy” were great. Super knowledgeable, great mysic, boat was in excellent condition with plenty of comfortable seating. The boat ride was enjoyable, plenty iof safety vests, snorkel gear etc. Snorkeling was lively, the shore 2 shore island was adorable - w lounging areas, bar, games and of course the pigs- so much fun!

  Big Ray, Tristan and Leena were excellent guides. Special shout out to Ray for guiding me during the snorkeling portion. Beautiful views along the way and they even give you rum punch and water to quench your thirst. I would definitely do it again if given the chance.

  We loved it! Took a group of 15 and handled it with ease! Tristan and Big Ray were fantastic,fun and skilled! Music was great a five star experience from beginning to end! Highly recommend!!

  We had a blast, Captain Tristan and Big Ray made the entire tour so much fun. We enjoyed seeing the turtles, feeding the pigs, admiring the beautiful island we went to, absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. The snorkeling was fun but the water was too choppy, hard to swim in, that is probably the only downside. Going in the speed boat was fun, music blasting, everyone singing while spending away!. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend.
