5.00Highly Recommend Anthony Adventures! Our day with Anthony Adventures was easily one of the highlights of our entire trip to Costa Rica. From start to finish, everything was seamless, engaging, and genuinely unforgettable. We began with a breathtaking rainforest tour where we saw an incredible variety of wildlife—sloths, vibrant dart frogs, iguanas, and even toucans. The guides were knowledgeable and passionate, helping us spot animals we would have completely missed on our own while sharing fascinating insights about the ecosystem. What truly set this experience apart was the cultural immersion. We visited a local family-run operation where we learned how sugar cane, coffee, and chocolate are traditionally grown and processed. Not only did we get to see the full process—we actually participated in it. From pressing sugar cane to tasting fresh coffee and handmade chocolate, it was hands-on, authentic, and incredibly memorable. The day continued with visits to stunning waterfalls and crystal-clear rivers, where we encountered even more local wildlife and took in some of the most beautiful scenery Costa Rica has to offer. It felt like something out of a nature documentary. To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Costa Rican lunch that was both fresh and full of flavor—an experience in itself. Anthony Adventures delivered the perfect mix of adventure, education, culture, and relaxation. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. We had an absolutely fantastic time and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone visiting Costa Rica. If you’re looking for a tour that goes beyond the typical tourist experience—this is it.
Anthony is a great guy. We did horse riding and catamaran island booking through him and he was great. Highly recommend.

5.00Booking and paying for the tour were problem-free. We did the tour as a private tour and it started on time at 8. Our driver (Heiner) was very nice, told us a lot during the trip and also took pictures of us, which we got the same day via WhatsApp. The waterfall was very nice but it was very crowded. But we could move on quickly, so it was OK. The rainforest was really nice and we could see a sloth with baby up close, also 2 famous frog species. The lunch was typical of the country and tasted very good to us. After that, we learned how to make sugarcane brandy, coffee and chocolate. This was also all very delicious. The guide in the rainforest and over coffee and chocolate was very good and his English was great for us Germans to understand. All around a nice day!!

5.00Anthony provided a great itinerary with a super friendly and knowledgeable guide (Storming Norman) at a great price. If you are staying ay Riu Guanacaste or Riu Palace in Costa Rica, skip the other excursion agents and visit Anthony on the beach!

5.00We took a private tour to see the beaches in the Costa Rica area and lived very second of it. The beaches were lovely and the driver was knowledgable and friendly, accommodating to our every need. We enjoyed having the ability to personalize the tour to our own timing to enjoy the time on our own accord. Price was reasonable and worth every penny. Much better working through Antony than booking through a website as he provided specific information and gave us better prices and in the end a much more memorable experience! Definitely will use his services when we come back to this locale again and will recommend to our friends and family 100%! We took 2 tours with them - beach a nature tour and both were the BEST!!!!!!!

5.00My family did two tours with Anthony’s adventure (Nature Tour and Nicaragua) and we had a great time! If you’re looking to spend more time in the rainforest or at the volcanic hot springs, I would suggest to do each on its own as it may feel a bit rushed. Overall we had an amazing experience!

5.00We had an awesome experience with Anthony, and his crew. There were seven of us. We took a private tour we went zip lining then we went on ATVs and then we went on jet skis. Everybody had a blast would highly recommend Anthony, and his crew for multiple excursions He also brought us to a cool little restaurant. The food was great.

5.00Had an amazing experience with Anthony. We went to rainforest and saw sloths, red eyed tree frogs, owls and beautiful flora and fauna. Had an amazing lunch and spent the rest of the day at Catarata Waterfall. Our guide was fantastic and took good care of us. Felt so comfortable and safe with his driving. Met super friendly people at the waterfall who wanted to send us home with beautiful photos. We loved the tour so much that we booked a snorkeling trip a couple days later. Anthony came with us. Sergio the captain was a champion navigating the high winds and waves. Felt comfortable and safe. Can’t say enough great things about Anthony and his crew. Going back at the end of January for more Anthony Adventures. Looking forward to fishing with Sergio.
