We had just one day in Brussels before heading to other parts of Belgium, so we wanted to make the most of our time—and thankfully, we found Tiago. He guided us through the heart of the city, blending history, culture, and humor seamlessly. His passion for storytelling and deep knowledge of Brussels made every stop come alive. We even learned the art (and science!) of chocolate, finishing with a beer and chocolate pairing that I was initially skeptical about—but it worked brilliantly. Tiago’s enthusiasm and expertise truly made the tour unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

Thank you Tiago for this very original visit to Brussels, July 19, 2025. Between beers, history and local chocolates, we had a great time. And all this in French - the must. Good luck to you, we wish many other tourists to live this unique experience with you 🇧🇪😊🇧🇪 Marie and Alexandra

I can’t recommend this tour highly enough! From start to finish, it was a perfect blend of indulgence, history, and fun. Our guide Tiago was incredible—not only deeply knowledgeable about Belgian beer and chocolate (which alone would be impressive), but also about the rich history of Brussels itself. He shared fascinating stories that connected the city’s past with its culinary traditions, making every stop feel meaningful. What really set this tour apart was how personal and engaging he made it. Rather than just reciting facts, he tailored the experience to us, answered every question with insight and enthusiasm, and added just the right touch of humor throughout. It felt less like a tour and more like exploring the city with a very passionate local friend. The beer and chocolate pairings were top-notch—truly showcasing the best of Belgium. If you’re visiting Brussels and want to experience its culture through your taste buds (with a side of great storytelling), this tour is an absolute must. Thank you Tiago!

Tiago is fantastic! We have toured with him twice. He does a great job of incorporating food, fun, drinks & history into one tour. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We first toured with him in the Spring, and found ourselves in Brussels again that fall and asked him to create a special experience for us. We love Brussels so much largely because Tiago has shared it with us. I highly recommend booking Tiago!

I was lucky to get to know part of Brussels with Santiago as a guide — super friendly, helpful and with a great sense of humor! It made the tour light, fun and at the same time full of interesting curiosities about the city. The experience included a delicious taste of chocolate with beers, where I learned fascinating curiosities about the traditional families of chocolate and also about the origins of beers, with stories of convent and monks that produced true preciousnesses. It was a surprise to discover what a ‘quadruple’ is — the history of the city of Brussels has some curiosities like a swamp and a square where each building has its importance. It was undoubtedly the best choice. It simply exceeded all expectations! I really recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
