We begin our journey from Kalantos, leaving behind the golden sandy beach and paddling east toward the famous Rina Cave. Following the stunning coastline at a relaxed pace, we explore hidden sea caves, impressive rock formations, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and the untouched Cycladic landscape.
Along the way, we stop at secluded beaches perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and optional cliff jumping far from the crowds, while enjoying the personalized attention of your guide in a small-group experience.
The full-day sea kayak adventure lasts approximately six hours, including 2.5–3 hours of easy paddling and plenty of time to relax on the beaches, swim, snorkel, enjoy homemade snacks and lunch, and share Greek coffee by the sea.
Later in the afternoon, filled with unforgettable memories and beautiful photos, we paddle back to our starting point for one final swim before ending the day.

What To Expect
Kalantos
Kalantos Beach is our starting and ending point.
Rhina Cave lies close to a pristine bay with crystal-clear azure waters. It is located in the area of Kalandos, in the southern part of Naxos. The cave is home to bird nests, while the adjacent spring offers refreshing water. Its roof features stalactites, which birds and bats use as shelter.

5.00From booking to transfers to the entire day on the water - fantastic. Christina organized us so well and our day on the water with her husband Manos and the guide Christina was spectacular. It is a well run operation with nice people at the helm. They made us a wonderful lunch at one of the paddle stops. They had great stories and history to share as well. We will repeat this trip when we are back on Naxos.

5.00One of our best days in Greece! This was a beautiful way to experience Naxos. Our guides were incredible. Very knowledgeable and incredibly prepared. Besides kayaking equipment, they provided sun shirts, swim shoes, sun hats and dry bags. We explored the Rina caves and our final stop on a private marble beach could only be reached by kayak. They provided a delicious lunch, snacks and coffee during the trip. Our group was awesome, and we enjoyed every minute.
Definitely take this tour!

Christina made last minute arrangements for us and an incredible lunch with Naxos specialities, Manolis was a very entertaining and informative guide with some pretty impressive jokes. No time wasted to share their love of the island, its history and geology. Special care taken of my daughter - the youngest on the tour at 12. We both highly recommend!

5.00This was an amazing kayak trip with Manolis! We have kayaked in the ocean quite a bit but still appreciated the care they took with explanning everything. They have top notch equipment and put safety first. They truly work hard to generate a family atmosphere among kayakers. They had a total of three guides for about 15 people and each guide was friendly and professional. But here's the thing that really make them stand out: they were completely prepared for everything. Manolis plans the trips according to where conditions are best...but Mother Nature sometimes has a mind of her own. We had a sudden storm roll in and they had jackets for everyone. They have hats and shoes and plenty of water...and even had gluten dairy-free food for my wife. They are just so aware of what people need. Many have already reviewed all of the other marvelous things - from the places you go to Manolis himself - but I wanted my review to highlight that which may get overlooked and assure you Sea Kayak Naxos has your safety, well being, fun, and sense of adventure fully covered. I recommend them with my highest regard.

5.00Wow, this was an incredible experience, definitely a highlight of my trip in Greece. Christina and Manolis we're so welcoming and accommodating. We unfortunately didn't get to Rinah cave because of strong southern winds, but they ensured we still got to paddle and experience another cave. The lunch they prepared was honestly the best meal I had in Greece, everything was so fresh and delicious. Don't hesitate to book this trip, you won't be disappointed!

5.00Had an amazing day!!! The guides were fantastic & you can tell they love what they do!! From the safety briefing, knowledge of the history of the area, swimming into the cave, cliff jumping, lunch, & that they just wanted every person to have the best time! You do get a great workout as well paddling 10k. This was such a memorable day & I highly recommend!! 🇬🇷😎

5.00This was a great experience and a great way to see some beautiful remote spots in Naxos. The guides were patient and made sure everyone was safe at all times. We had a delicious home made lunch on a quiet beach. The brave attendees were able to jump off a 18 foot cliff into the crystal clear water. This was a great day. Highly recommend.

5.00MAnos and Christina were our guides and were excellent!! The information about the area history and answers to all our questions was great. The trip was nicely paced with stops along the route to the cave. We had lots of relaxing time to enjoy swimming, jumping from the cliff and checking out the cave. The food was fresh and delicious! Would highly recommend this trip!

5.00What an amazing day! It started with a beautiful drive to the starting point on winding mountain roads with beautiful views of the countryside. We were then greeted by our hosts Manolis and Christina who explained what to do, set us up with equipment (including sun hats, sun shirts and paddling jackets) and adjusted our kayaks. Then we were off in our tandem kayaks that were easy to maneuver thanks to the rudders. We paddled at an easy pace past beautiful scenery. When we arrived at Rina Cave we had plenty of time to enjoy swimming and cloud jumping and quality food! Our guides were friendly and helpful and they even took wonderful pictures that were were able to download. 100% recommend!!

5.00We had such a wonderful experience on this kayaking tour. The local couple who run it are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. We got to kayak, snorkel, jump off a cliff and learn about the local history and archaeology of the area, which made the whole day feel both fun and meaningful. The lunch was a real highlight — everything was organic, fresh, and sourced from Naxos or the Cyclades. They even took pictures during the trip which were sent to us afterwards so we didn’t have to risk our phones taking pictures on the water. You could feel how thoughtfully the whole experience was put together. Highly recommended!
