You will explore the old town of Nessebar on your own at your own pace, with the help of an audio guide and a map of the excursion route.

Approaching the desired object, you dial its number and start playback.

After paying for the tour, a link with access to audio files will be sent to your email. On the day of the excursion you have chosen, the link will become active and will be valid for 24 hours. You will listen to audio recordings through your phone.

Attention: Internet consumption is minimal!

The tour ends with a visit to the winery, where you will be treated to the best wines and you can try their great taste yourself.

The Nessebar was founded about 3,000 years ago by the Thracians. Built on a small peninsula that attracts its guests with its romantic narrow streets and enchanting views. It has since then developed, but is still one of the oldest cities in Europe.

You can start the tour from any convenient point on the route! While touring with a personal audio guide, there is no need to rush: You will have the whole day at your disposal, so you can make the planned two-hour tour as long as you like, at your own pace and preferences. From the 15 sites planned for visit, you can choose only those that interest you the most.

Windmill

The old wooden windmill is located in between the new and old towns. Essentially, it’s located at the entrance to the old town of Nessebar. For me, it’s the iconic landmark of Nessebar and photographs beautifully.

It was fine. Not great but good enough for the value. A great town to visit, but the directions were a bit confusing.
In high season this audio guide is hardly usable

The route was difficult to trace due to the lack of street names. The audio guide can only be played through the mobile phone speakers. Bluetooth headphones do not work. Therefore, for 2 people, ONE Booking Referral would have been sufficient. Switching back and forth between audio and card worked poorly because, no matter where you were, you could switch the audio back from the beginning (1. Position) played.

Me and my partner decided to take this audio guide tour and we were very pleased with the experience! Vert cheap and comfortable for us as we could walk on our own pace and stop whenever we want. Nessebar’s history is fascinating and we learned a lot. Highly recommend!
