Not worth the money! We saw a few lights in Pigeon Forge but the driver never even went to Gatlinburg. The only thing that saved the tour was the drive through Soaky Mountain. The lights were synced to music and they did a beautiful job…but you could drive yourself and just pay the admission of $39.95 per car and save yourself a lot of money.

The driver was friendly, personable and fun. That was the only part that matched the description of the event. They moved the time back an hour due to a tour and then we waited another half hour for a group that didn’t show. We saw the Festival of Lights at Soaky park but no other lights as described. The description said the tour included lights in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. It said the tour was 2.5 hours long approximately. We returned to the drop off within an 1.5 of leaving. The price charged was double a car entrance to the park. Drive it yourself and save the money. .

Schedule changes Anticipated more history etc. Driver, Jack was pleasant and friendly The light show was awsome Primary a transit bus Could have driven there and saved 200.00 The van was 30 minutes late. Had to go to another location to pick up another bus. Back to the Apple mill and pick up more people The tour was supposed to start at 6:00 Waited from five until 7:00 for the ride We didn’t leave the Mill until almost 8:00 Despite the inconveniences we enjoyed ourselves

Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly which saved the rating from being lower. The description mentions driving through lights in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, none of which happened. We were told to be at the pick up spot by 6:15pm and the bus would leave no later than 7pm. Not everyone had arrived so we waited around and dint leave till almost 7:30. We drove to the Soaky Mountain Light Show where we saw the price list for a single car at $34.95. We went through the light show, then walked through the water park that had a souvenir shop, hot cocoa stand and fast food shop. We hopped back on bus and went back to where we were picked up. Our tour cost paid for the whole bus to enter. Tour is over priced for what is offered.

It was very nice. He went slow so we could enjoy the music and the lights. Some people were not the but gave a courtesy call. He went to pick them up at other end of parking lot.

Tour guide was nice and informative about local places but not hardly any christmas traditons spoke of, and we only went to patriot park and soaky mountain. We never made it to Gaitlynburg. Just disappointed thought we were gonna get more for the exorbitant price they charge.

Be cautious of booking and paying. I paid in full a week before the tour. When I parked 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, I saw the ford bus pull out of the parking lot behind the city trolley. I called the number listed in the email and left a message stating that the bus left without my wife and I. I also messaged the provider to get the bus to return. We sat in the parking lot for an hour after the schedule departure hoping that the bus would return or another tour would be leaving. Neither happened. I received an email stating "Once the bus leaves it doesn't come back im sorry ... he shouldn't have left until either 6pm or until all guests were accounted for." Obviously, this driver did not know the policy and this tour operator has yet to even return my payment as of this morning. I came to Tennessee for Thanksgiving and the New Improved Smoky Mountain Holiday Light Spectacular was going to be the highlight of this trip. I am sorry to report that it became the low point of this trip.

It certainly wasn’t what we expected. Your meet up instructions are very vague and confusing. You send us to 220 Apple Valley which is a complex with multiple businesses with instructions “white van parked near the toilets.” No markings on the van. We walked the entire parking until a very nice bus driver showed us the way to the meeting area. Your tour guide needs some serious training. He talked snd talked and talked. NEVER did he say anything about where we were going. We just drove and he pointed out every restaurant (we were not in an eating tour). Also brought religion into the conversation. When we finally arrived after driving and arrived. The lights were beautiful . We will never book with you again. We expected a nice comfortable BUS right, NOT a van with uncomfortable seats with 7 people.

Was a great time. The whole family laughed. It would be even better if you had time to walk the 2 mile path with Christmas lights or at least had the option. Also could they contract with the whiskey/wine tasting venues to accommodate the tours & save space for the bus tour patrons? Or at least make that an option when booking the tour?
