I had an incredible experience on this food tour! The variety of dishes we sampled was impressive, from the spicy green chili to refreshing margaritas, and even some delightful local pudding. Joe, our guide, was engaging and knowledgeable, making the history and culture of the area come alive. I also enjoyed connecting with the other participants, which added to the fun. We were stuffed with delicious food and left with a deeper appreciation for the local cuisine. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the flavors of the region!

Great experience. Learned about about the culture... and day drinking. The guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area, the ingredients in the food.

This was an amazing tour of Mexican cuisine. Our host, Jose Lopez, was wonderful. He shared so much history and knowledge of New Mexico and also explained all the dishes we were served. Heads up, come hungry because this tour provides so much food, we were all stuffed and everything we ate was delicious. I highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Jose.

I was running an errand at a store in a strip mall and saw the K Style Kitchen. It was about 45 minutes before closing but since this was a 6 table affair, I didn’t think much of the time. As I studied the menu painted on the wall, with pictures, the waitress ( from behind the cash register ) asked if I was ready to order. There was no one behind me and I said I needed a minute more. She acted like I was making her late to her kid’s birthday party. I ordered two egg rolls ( hot, flaky, and delicious ). An order of House Made Napa Valley Kimchi ( cold, spicy, crisp ). And a bowl of Noodle Soup. The egg rolls came out first and were so hot, you had to wait until they were cool enough to eat. The Kimchi was pulled from the cooler. So I ate it like a salad. The soup followed and was very hot, but you can always slurp soup. It was a clear broth with big fat Udon noodles….no surprise. Less than 10 minutes after the soup hit, the waitress asked if I want a container to take with me. I said no thanks, the egg rolls were gone, I had eaten all the Kimchi wanted, and was to get some soup down. She came back about two minutes later and said I need to let you know we are closing soon. And two minutes after that she started wiping my table down, asking again if I wanted a container. I did select a 15 % tip, which I regret, but for $24.27, I know I will not going back. Mediocre food, limited selection, poor waitstaff.

Jose, our guide, was knowledgeable, informative and graciously invited and answered questions. The foods we tried were explained in the history and differences in the uses of different chile peppers. Highly recommend this tour.

Great concept. Enjoyed the history though it was delivered fast and hard to follow. Liked having tastes of local foods. Not much flexibility regarding beverages and be careful if you ask for something different.

Excellent food tour. Our guide Jose was so gracious and so informative and so helpful in taking us around to a number of restaurants from beginning to end. Everything was first class and delicious and the side information that Jose knows and has was very helpful to us during the tour and will be afterwards, as we explore Santa Fe on our own. A+++ for sure

This tour gives a great overview of the history behind the current day Albuquerque cuisine. The food and ambience at each restaurant stop was delicious and offered a unique perspective of Albuquerque and New Mexico overall. We toured during green pepper season and loved every stop. There is no way you will leave hungry. The food is plentiful along with the warm hospitality!

I read that there is no cancellations but I thought I’d reach out to the company since my husband got real sick. I got absolutely ZERO response from them. I understand loosing all my money but at least have the dignity to respond back. I feel horrible now!

The food was delicious and our guide, Jose was amazing! He was a walking, talking encyclopedia of New Mexico history and culinary chemistry. We ended up talking to him until 7:30pm as he was one of the more delightful human beings that I have ever met.
