2.00App is hard to use and tell where/when to catch the bus. I called for help but no answer. Did the chat option but no response. Definitely not worth it if it's raining. You won't want to be up top and you can't see out the windows on the lower level. Driver spoke very little English. Audio tour doesn't give much info. It was a bummer start to our vacation.

1.00Non of our party (4) could find a plug in place that work (we all tried several spots) so, we had no commentary. There needs to be more info on the maps so you know where you are. Drivers on all the busses we tried, were unresponsive to complaints re the commentary. Shame, in the past, they have been fun.

2.00Waste of time and money. The bus is oversold even out of season. The trip is very slow and luck of the draw if you get earphones or somewhere to plug them in. On second attempt at doing blue loop, we got told we could wait on bus for half hour or get off 3/4 of way round loop. The tour was supposed to be 60 minutes but we only got 3/4 way round in 90 minutes. Much of the journey standing room only. Would not recommend or do again.

1.00I am disappointed to say that BIG BUS did not show up at the stop at TRINITY ST after 1600 or 0400p.m. on the 16th feb we saw the last bus pass us by just around this time, we waited for the next bus till 0445pm along with another family but they never showed up we ended up taking a subway from RECTOR st. to go to our place we were left anxious and waiting.

2.00Monday 9 February, took the red line bus from Times Square downtown - no problems ( booked for 2 days Saturday 7 Feb but Sunday cancelled due to weather , checked on Saturday with staff - we would automatically get additional day on the Monday) Tried to get back on the bus at Wall Street but was refused as ticket had expired - yes of course it had expired but we had no day on the Sunday! Guy was rude and just wouldnt listen - thank god for the driver who saw we were having problems and let us on. That was lunchtime and although we had plenty of time left we walked the rest of the day, not impressed!

5.00My sister and I spent the weekend in NYC, and since it was her first time visiting, we decided to try the hop‑on hop‑off bus tour. It turned out to be such a wonderful experience. We both absolutely loved it. We learned so much about the city—insights and stories we never would have discovered on our own. It truly made our trip even more memorable.
