This was my second cruise with Classic Harbor Line in two weeks, the first was the architectural tour, which was outstanding. For the sunset tour I booked a private table for two couples-which costs more than a standard ticket. When we arrived on the boat we found we were sharing the table with another couple and what made it "private" was a crappy clear plastic low divider that separated us. This was not a private table! With the other couple's permission we moved the divider a bit to allow the four us to fit at the table. Additionally, this was a 5:30 pm sailing and we wanted a little bite before dinner. There was no food available except brownies...which are not a good appetizer. During our last sailing there were cheese plates and hummus and other more appropriate food. While the captain and crew were terrific, the shared "private" table and lack of food was really disappointing.

This was a great way to spend an evening and get to see some of the most iconic sights in New York from a special perspective. The boat was lovely, with indoor seating at tables and on-deck bench seating for the more adventurous. The staff was friendly and professional. The water could be a bit choppy, but it never felt unsafe or uncomfortable--although walking about was tricky for those without good sea legs. A lot of fun, and highly recommended.

Our cruise started at 5:15 and that couldn’t have been a better time. We got to see things in daylight and sunset. You could be warm and cozy inside and get good views or be on the deck for spectacular views. The captain did a great job narrating so you knew what you were seeing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We got to the port 1 hour early the girl at the desk gave us wrong tickets we spent 150.00 on taxi. Broke my wife's heart or last night in New York. No offer to pay for the money for taxi to get to hotel and back. Not even a call back. Very disappointed and disorganized. We watch 2 other boats board and not one of the employees even thought to notice we had wrong tickets. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A lovely boat in immaculate condition. Complimentary drinks were a nice surprise and everything was perfect. If cruise boats were classified, I would say this was First Class travel.

We got to pier 62 where we it says to be. And says ro check in by 5:30. Yes we were running late by 3 mins (New York traffic unpredictable) and they were already gone. Not just left the dock but not in sight. We paid a lot of money for this o feel like a little grace could of been shown by an email or text. Nothing.
