4.00We had a great time! Our only problem was trying to find our way to a bus stop we could figure out on the map. We took the subway there and had to search to find the bus stop.

1.00Had no ear plugs to hear narration and tour bus driver never let us know they were there..Basically an unnatrated ride around town without knowing what we’re looking at. Will never take this tour again.

3.00Busses are not frequent, expect 30+ minutes wait. Bus drivers frequently announced the wrong stop, have your phone out mapped to where you want to stop to avoid getting off at wrong stop.

2.00Would NOT advice! You get a folder that says the bus goes every 30 minutes, later we got told, no it is every 1 hour and when you try to get on it, it is full, so you have to wait another hour. Which happend multiple times. So in the end we had to use the subway. When you complain they say. Well I didn't give you that folder (although she gave the same folders to other people and later had to admit that the folder is incorrectly, and in the app it says it correctly. And the bus still drives. Not her problem that we can't get on it. We have to complain to the city go, because we bought it through them. So we paid a lot of money for nothing and the customerservice was terrible and very rude.

5.00Easy way to see sights in NYC. Comfortable. The audio is great to explain the areas you are in We hopped off 4 times and saw so much. Your feet will thank you as you do so much walking anyway!

5.00This is a great way to see NYC, with also the option to get off a bus to explore different areas, and then hop onto another one when you are ready. The buses run every 20 to 30 minutes at each stop, but that may change due to date and traffic and such. We enjoyed our tour.
