1.00Worst experience. Bus has no AC and we got suffacated inside. Upstairs it was always full. Not worth it if you arr travelling with kids

1.00I rode the bus to reduce walking, but since they dont stop close to any of the destinations, to me it was a waste of money.

1.00Having previously always gone with Grey Line, Top View have now taken over. we paid just over £400 for the 4 of us we were on a 4 night stay. the young girl who sold us the tickets was lovely and so helpful but everything went downhill from there. we boarded the bus for the downtown tour, there was no tour guide just an automated one which kept losing its pace with the drive. the driver himself was terrible he kept stopping and starting, at least 5 sets of traffic lights he remained stationary for even though we were at the front of the traffic, he then stood sharply on the brakes which then caused a driver to run into the back of us, that caused another aprox 20 min delay we weren't even half way round but we had been aboard for about an hour and half, so we got off. the busses we were told ran every 15 mins but as we wanted to board again sometime later we waited for 35 mins ( the opposition company had three busses pass us whilst we still waited) The following day we could not get a bus as there was a Israeli march and most of the midtown roads were closed off until 4.30 ish in the afternoon. our tickets ran out the following morning,,, so all we had was one half tour. I will never use this company again

4.00Overall using the hop on hop off bus is a great way to see the city. This company has an app that allows you to see the routes and when the buses are coming in live time which is helpful. My biggest issues was that the headphones they provide do not work well and the information they do give is not very exciting compared to companies that use a live narrator Half the time the commentary wasn't sinked to where we were in the tour. Still a great way to see all the different parts of the city.

5.00Very easy to navigate…sometimes bus takes longer than 10 minutes to arrive so be prepared. But overall good experience

1.00This bus tour does not accommodate hearing impaired guests. I wear hearing aids and consequently could not use the provided ear buds. In addition, if I took out my hearing aids I couldn’t hear either. I missed 2 of my desired stops. The majority of the drivers did not understand my English questions. Lastly most of the drivers scared me to death with their lack of driving skills. Worst trip and complete waste of money.
