2.00The driver was rude when I tried to ask a question. Also, they do not tell you when you are at a stop or what number you are at. The bus does stop a lot for lights so you dont know. It also doesn’t tell you clearly what stop to get off of to do the other half of the tour. We actually ended up going around twice not knowing when to get off to ride the other loop.

3.00We boarded at the first stop, no instructions about how to use the commentary and no safety advice. The commentary was nauseating and not very good, missed a lot interesting points, I had been to NYC several times so knew a bit, one of our party it was a first time. The information about the stops wasn’t accurate either. We did both loops, the uptown loop was a waste of time, we saw virtually nothing of interest.

3.00The commentary is very poor and not at all informative. There was no safety advice or advice on how to use the headsets. The information about the stops is confusing. The blue loop is rubbish one long traffic jam and nothing to see.

2.00Buses don’t run on a regular time frame seems to be slap dash, buses are hot not air conditioning and have signs of significant wear. Some of the bus drivers are rude also. Our bus broke down and due to the slap dash time frame we had to wait for the next bus having our time to ride so gave up on the complete experience and just headed back to the stop near our hotel. Waste of time your always waiting for buses

2.00This was a frustrating experience. The driver and person at the kiosk were helpful after an issue with the tickets, but after waiting for almost 30 mins at the Empire stop and having one of their buses I was tracking on the app just drive by…I ended up just paying $30 for a cab to get where we needed to go. In the meantime two Top View buses went by and picked up their customers. I would recommend going with them instead.
