5.00Honoka arrived on time and immediately settled into our group like an old friend. She escorted us across a few areas using trams and trains, The Shrine, local shopping street etc and answering any questions we threw at her. This made our day there much more fulfilled and enjoyable. Definitely much better than trying to, do it on your own. Would definitely recommend!

5.00Incredible tour of Kobe with our fantastic guide Satori! Contact via WhatsApp prior to our trip to perfect our itinerary and timed to absolute perfection to ensure we were in good time to get back on the ship. Clear instructions for transport throughout and provided both education and extra knowledge that improved other aspects of our time in Japan. Satori was enthusiastic and so eager to make our short time in Kobe unforgettable and she absolutely succeeded it was 100% our favourite tour. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to book a student guide for Kobe they are beyond worth the money!

5.00Excellent experience! Kodai walked us through the multicultural development areas of Kobe, explaining how the history of Kobe played into their evolution. We were able to share with him what type of food our family would like to eat for lunch, and he was able to help curate a great restaurant from his knowledge of the area. We completed our tour shopping at local markets, an experience our family treasures to see how locals live, eat, and shop. Connecting and communicating was easy with Kodai through WhatsApp and he met us at the train station in Kobe as well as dropped us off at the station end of the tour.

5.00Thank You Hina for a wonderful tour of our limited time in Kobe. The Nunobiki Herb Garden was beautiful and I could have stayed there all day! Quick visit to Ikuta Shrine, walk through Chinatown and of course had to try Kobe Beef Skewers! Good luck with your studies and until next time! Thanks again!

5.00Kodai was an excellent guide and we absolutely loved our tour of Kobe with him. He gave us a local perspective while highlighting special sights within Kobe that may not get a lot of tourists. He created an itinerary that matched our interests and went above and beyond to help our family enjoy the day. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the city and our teenagers got to experience lavender ice cream and local shops. It was a 5 - star day!

5.00We had a lovely guide called Satoko. She messaged me a few weeks before the tour to discuss what we’d like to do. Satoko then came to meet us at the cruise port and showed us around Kobe. She was so friendly and took us to some great spots. It was like having a friend show us around. At the end of the tour we were taken back to the port so there was no worry of getting lost. Thank you so much for a wonderful tour

4.00Kodai was friendly, positive, enthusiastic & considerate, with good English communication skills. Weeks prior to our tour, he was very eager to communicate with us in order to tailor his tour to our interests & preferences. Also he was super responsible, punctual, & dependable. Kodai tried hard to individualize his tour to suit our needs, even meeting us at the cruise port and later escorting us to the train station, where we needed to catch the bullet train for our next destination. Beyond the usual tourist attractions, Kodai also took pains to show us some unique aspects of Japanese and Kobe culture. A highlight was the Kobe beef museum. On top of his prepared itinerary, Kodai was quite knowledgeable, providing answers to our many questions. He has made a good start in his tour guiding career. Would recommend without reservation.
