1.00horrible experience - he showed up hour late. i asked for 11:00 pick he said no it has to be 9:00 we got ready at 9:00 and he did not show up until 10:00. wasted my whole day. did not cover half the things that are listed on his itinary. he stopped us at spots that are not in itinary just because he wanted to take a break. did not give us full 4 hours. i would not book him. Viator need to take him off of their website

From the moment he greeted us, he was professional, kind, and full of knowledge about the local culture and hidden gems. Simpson didn’t just get us from place to place, he gave us an insider’s view of the island, shared stories, and even recommended the best spots for food and sightseeing. His driving was smooth and safe, and his hospitality made us feel like we were with family. If you’re looking for reliable transportation with a personal touch, I cannot recommend N&G and Simpson enough. We will definitely book with them again on our next trip to Turks!

5.00Our guide name was Simpson. You could tell he really loves his country. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Turks and Caicos and plants. He made sure we had fun, answered our questions, and we were comfortable. Definitely ask him about places to eat. We went to Da Conch Shack for lunch and the food was delicious. Thanks Simpson you made us feel like Family.

5.0010 out of 10 I highly recommend. There was group of 13 family members visiting Turks and Caicos for a week. Our transportation N & G transportation was friendly, courteous, on time, very knowledgeable of the islands and recommended plenty for us to do and see. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely use them again.

5.00We loved this tour! Simpson was very helpful and flexible when I had realized I booked the wrong day. He was very responsive and an awesome tour guide with great energy. We got to see different places around the island with local stories to go along with the views! I would recommend booking this tour when in provo!

1.00Booked, paid and no response from the tour about when they were picking us up. I left 3 voicemails, called Trip Advisor about the tour and sent a message through Trip Advisor. I ended up cancelling as I felt their lack of response was an indication of poor service and potentially not getting what we paid for. Had to cancel 24 hours to get my money back

5.00Sim was an amazing tour guide! He made our day feel safe and fun! I heard about him on TikTok so I requested him specifically to take us around Turks! Him and his team are really good people. I will be back and I will definitely request him again.
