Get the Crystal/Crystal+ ticket to skip the W, if you can afford it. Would have saved us 1h on the way up (on a random Thursday) Cable Car team: each cabin holds 17 people. Why do you put only 7/8?!?

360° is right in the title, and I paid extra for the Crystal cabin. But in our car, the forward and backward facing windows were almost completely obscured with larger-than life appliques of Elmo. I was livid.

有一群外国人没礼貌地插队,工作人员虽然我已经说明了,但却什么都不做,还让他们先进去。 A bunch of rude foreigners cut in line, but the staff didn’t do anything even after I told them — they still let those people go in first.

The ride on the cable car is nice, but we waited 90 minutes on the outbound journey and 60 minutes on the return journey. It's too expensive.

Terrible queues. Arrived at 1000 but didn't get 8nto a car until 11:55. Not much better on the return. Spent less time st the top then queuing. Shocking 😲

We rode on the Ngong Ping 360 during a recent trip to Lantau Island. I will say that there is quite a wait to get on this when we went. However, the trip is long (about 30 minutes) and the views are spectacular. On the island you can see the Big Buddha which is the largest sitting Buddha in the world at this time. The Po Lin Monastery and the Grand Hall of Ten Thousand Buddhas is also something to see. Finally, you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

The queue system isn't okay. There's still people coming by on Monday, and the round trip is now closed, refund cannot be requested.

Wow, this is a great experience. No good if you don't like heights, but if you have little fear then this cable car ride is a must up to Tian Tan Buddha. Few notable things about this cable car; you can see the airplanes at the airport taking off below you, it goes round corners, (the one we went in) had a glass bottom so you could see straight down. It is really easy to get to on public transport from Kowloon or Central.

Suggestion: If leaving the top close to closing hours, recommend buying the crystal car as there’s hardly any waiting time

We came all the way from the US, excited to visit the Big Buddha on Lantau Island. Bought tickets for the Ngong Ping 360 cable car ride, only to find out after arriving that the Buddha was closed. The attendant was completely unhelpful and refused to work with us on any kind of resolution. If you’re not allowing access to the Buddha, don’t sell cable car tickets until 6 PM – it’s misleading and feels like a total rip-off. This was our second time trying to visit — the first time was back in 2016 when the cable car was closed. We gave it another chance, but there won’t be a third. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Refund our money back.
