The wait for the cable car is appalling - over an hour although at first you are advised it is only 30 minutes!

Buy by the site, because for the amount I paid in the normal Crystal in the box office I would have bought the Crystal + on the site! And I would've even won a $50 voucher at Starbucks.

Great experience. We brought a Return Crystal + on special offer, but any of the rides would be good. We went April 2026 at 10am and really quiet. We brought tickets in advance, however queue to pay at kiosk on the day was shorter than the online one.

We had tickets and the weather on ground was kind of okay but when we got high it was VERY WINDY and a total white out. It was a truly terrifying experience. Don't travel up in bad weather. On the way down it was clearer and more pleasant. Great views. Buddha is worth the trip but the rest of pretty touristy. Maybe visiting the fishing village of Tai O at the bottom of the island. Its a short bus or taxi ride.

The tickets arranged are horrible, even we already booked tickets in advance, the lines over 40 mins to the tickets booth, Then all other people go buy tickets at the booth directly, they will be in front of us. Don’t know how these staffs arrange. Don’t booked tickets in advance, buy direct at tickets booth

The queue takes way too long due to lack of organization. It’s meant to be a beautiful experience but by the time you get to the buddha you’re already exhausted. I didn’t come ate peak time and still waited in line standing for over 1h30 (previously purchased ticket). Don’t reccommend unless you have the whole day free and bring a stool.

The Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car experience was excellent, and we highly enjoyed our trip. Even with pre-paying for tickets, the lines are long to get to the actual car. Everyone queues in the same line for the first bit, and then they break you into separate lines based on the car you reserved. The Crystal+ cabin always had a much shorter line, and on the trip back down, we had the car to ourselves. This was definitely worth the extra money just to avoid the wait. We went on a Monday morning. We aimed to arrive at 10 AM for opening, but didn't get there until 11 due to our lost luggage from our flight, and by then we still waited about 45 minutes to get onto the car to head up. However, besides the wait times, everything runs smoothly, and staff are helpful and professional.

I have a question! There is heavy rain due to the weather. 6:30. Why still go according to the wagon process purchased at the time! Line up so many people. Panoramic cars, semi-visual cars, prefer not to sit. Let it go again. Because it's the last bus! Change the thinking. Have not sat on a panoramic car semi-visual car is not to take this opportunity to experience. How about buying a panoramic ticket next time?

"I visited Ngong Ping 360 today and was deeply disappointed by the logistics. Despite purchasing a standard car ticket online in advance, we were stuck in a winding queue for nearly 2.5 hours before boarding. The organization was poor; group bookings in the same category were consistently given higher priority over individual online ticket holders, which felt unfair. This wasn't just an issue at the start—the return journey was equally frustrating, with a 44-minute wait for a ride that only lasts 22 minutes. While the views are nice, the total lack of efficient crowd management makes it hard to recommend this experience."
