This experience has a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
Tours run rain or shine. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet!
Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street.

Waste of Money - Buy directly off other sites and save ALOT

1.00Our tour guide was great … this review is not a reflection of them doing a bad job it is more that it is extremely overpriced by the company. The site hyjacks the internet by monopolizing the first few pages of the browser … we paid about double what we would have if we just bought the same items individually off the main sites (boat tour and journey behind the falls). The guide did walk us through the process (which would not have been difficult otherwise). On the walk from the boat ride to the Journey Behind the Falls the guide did give some facts but nothing that was worth paying so much extra - and it was hard to hear anyway so it wasn’t effective. The only benefit was the priority access (skip the line) at the Journey Behind the Falls - which I am sure we could have upgraded to anyway. Again, this is not a reflection on the job the tour guide did but rather the cost is unneeded - save the money (almost double) and use it somewhere else. Since I was booking this and unfamiliar with the options I fell victim to this overpriced situation thinking it was how it was done. Recommend others to buy directly … go to Niagara City Cruises and Niagara Parks for direct booking options.

2.00The tour was organized chaos. We unfortunately had to wait on two family's. Seeing the prices of the excusion I could have simply walked up to and booked myself vrs what I paid to wait on other people was disappointed. This tour was over priced and the tour guide tried but couldn't keep the group together.

5.00We had a blast, in spite of a part of the group not staying together, which slowed us down. Sylvia was awesome even when one of the group got offended by her explaining the history of the area.
