5.00I’ve experienced several helicopter rides in the U.S., mostly in New York, but the Niagara Falls helicopter tour in Canada was truly unmatched. It was a long, well-paced ride and absolutely worth every dollar. The seating was spacious, the views were breathtaking, and the staff were exceptionally warm and professional. A special thank-you to Ariel, the manager, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I was traveling with my elderly mother and had a special request to capture photos together — the staff handled this with incredible care and kindness. The pilot flew beautifully, ensuring everyone enjoyed uninterrupted views of the Falls. The photography experience was outstanding — high-quality photos provided both printed and on a USB, at no extra charge, which truly sets them apart from other tours. This wasn’t just a helicopter ride; it was a thoughtfully crafted, memorable experience. Highly recommended

5.00I purchased the helicopter voucher for Saturday but due to weather, decided to visit on Sunday instead (I called and spoke to someone over the phone verifying this was okay). The vendor was completely flexible. On Sunday, we checked in and were next in the queue to fly when the pilot made the call to ground flights due to poor weather. I would rather not fly than fly and not have a good experience so I appreciated this very much! The vendor offered everyone the opportunity to either receive a refund OR wait to see if flights resumed later. Samira took care of everyone and was the sweetest - she regularly kept me updated on status and ensured that if they flew again that day, our group would be first up. Most guests requested refunds but a few of us waited for approximately 1 hour before receiving the green light and IT WAS WORTH IT. The weather was perfect and I got the best video from the air. This was a really special gift I was able to get for my mom and aunt and it was once-in-a-lifetime for them. It was so rewarding seeing their excitement!
