  I really enjoyed the trip, except we paid extra for the buffet dinner, we had reservations for 8:15pm, but we arrived at 8:50pm and we were told they close at 9:pm, they were putting the food away as we were seated. I was able to grab a salad, before closed. i feel we should be reimbursed our money.

  I went on a Niagara tour with a friend. We had a great time with Canada Falls being especially beautiful. If you haven't been to Niagara Falls before, you must go! The tour also includes a taste of maple syrup and chocolate, so we recommend that. Our guide was Tracy, but she was attentive to all the participants and kind and friendly. The good thing about this tour is that each participant can choose to take a boat cruise, not take a boat cruise, go behind a waterfall or not. Tracy knew exactly who would and would not participate. I also think tour companies are good companies, not just tour guides Tracy. Even before joining the tour, we received a detailed call about the pickup point, so we were able to get on the tour bus without hesitation. If you are interested in Niagara Falls, please join us!

  Shohz is our guide and he is excellent. He was ontime for pick up, gave overview of what we would do and provided tips on where to go to get the best view of fireworks at niagra fall. The entire tour was great, just enough time to see everything, with built in rest breaks. Dinner is at a buffet overlooking the fall, and food was excellent. The boat ride to the Niagara Falls is wonderful, it was totally worth it. You will get wet but the provider will give you a raincoat (included), and highly suggest to bring a water proof bag for the camera. Shohz is a great driver, very smooth driving and I felt safe. He also provided very clear instructions on where and when to pick us up so that we never worry about missing our pickup time. Finally, definitely check out the "Fun Street" if you have extra time, it's right next to the falls and it's got a lot of unique shops. Overall, 10/10, great organized trip. Oh and communication via the Victor contact portal is great, nice and clear. They answered a lot of my questions prior to the day of. Thank you. -Lj

  An. Absolutely fabulous way to visit the falls with the whole day planned to perfection. Shahz arrived exactly on time and the tour bus was very clean. He used a wealth of knowledge to keep us entertained on the journey to the falls and stopped off at some great whirlpools. Then we had boat trips, delightful maple syrup tasting before onto the main event. Shahz knew the best place to visit and view the falls and his advice to head to the back of the Hornblower ferry for the trip up to the falls meant we had unobstructed views both on the way up and back. Prepare to get soaked, but it’s part of the experience. Even more great advice was to head away from the falls to watch the fireworks display, another spectacular experience to round off an event once in a lifetime visit. The day could not have gone any smoother without Shahz’s superb planning, knowledge and advice. Thank you so much for a great day.
