This tour transits between the United States and Canada. All customers must have appropriate border crossing documentation and meet mandatory requirements to enter the United States and Canada
A valid PASSPORT or other accepted border crossing documentation is required on the date of travel.

Your booking may be canceled without refund if you don’t contact Over the Falls Tours directly a minimum of 24-hours prior to your tour date to confirm border crossing requirements.

Over the Falls Tours, Inc. vehicles are not handicap accessible. Passengers must be able to enter and exit the vehicle on their own or with the help from a member of their group. If customer’s have their own wheelchair, it must be a collapsible wheelchair only. If client does not have a collapsible wheelchair, then Over the Falls Tours., Inc. will provide one at no additional cost subject to availability. **If you require a collapsible wheelchair or stroller, please contact Over the Falls Tours in advance of your tour date to confirm availability.
Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

5.00Dana was an awesome tour guide! She communicated every logistical detail right before we needed to know it. I had my 2 young adults and my teenager with me and I could relax because she made it clear what they needed to do at every stop. She was also very knowledgeable of each site that was part of the tour and even other sites along the way. So many great views of the falls!! I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone traveling to the area.

5.00This is a lovely option to see highlights from both sides of the border! If you don't have time to explore both on separate days, or don't want to, this is an excellent balanced option. The cost seemed reasonable for what you get: pick up/meet up at convenient locations, wonderful tour guide/bus driver, admission to multiple popular sites on both sides of the border, and a ride back. Food is not included, but they do have a spot in the itinerary dedicated to letting you grab lunch. The tour bus was nice, comfy seats, AND it locks. So you can leave your items between stops. No bathroom though, but the stops are not far apart. Make sure to use the restroom when opportunity arises. Remember your passport! Alternate ID will probably get you to Canada; getting back is the issue. They can be finicky, and the tour can't risk the whole bus being rejected for one person. They are very accommodating for oops moments. There is plenty to do in the US park if you do have an oops like I did. You'll have to take a loss on the ticket cost though. 🤷🏾♀️ Remember your passport, particularly if you're mid renewal/upgrade. 😅 Dana was an amazing guide! Great energy and very kind. Kindly took photos of us from shore and made sure everyone had a great time in whatever capacity they could manage. 10/10 Maid of the Mist poncho is solid, but I strongly recommend water shoes and rain pants. They said optional, I'm telling you to bring some lol. It really helps, especially if you plan to be bold and sit on top deck for Maid of the Mist and/or visit the "hurricane deck" for Cave of the Winds. You don't have time to explore the US state park. Recommend coming back for that another day. This tour picked us up 0845; return was like 1700. You'll be out a while.

5.00The tour was AMAZING! But, Dana on Bus 35 was INCREDIBLE!! Dana made it fun, interesting, interactive and gave us insights and hints on how to enjoy our experience to the fullest at each stop! Our family had great expectations for our day at Niagara Falls, but Dana and this tour made it even exceed our expectations.
