Table Rock Welcome Centre
Your first stop will be a view of the magnificent Niagara Falls. Where every year millions of visitors stand close to the thundering water rushing over the brink of the Horseshoe Falls! Not only is Table Rock right at the Falls itself, but there's plenty to do once you get there. You will be treated with an up-close view of the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls from the Table Rock welcoming center for the best selfies and family pictures.
Journey Behind the Falls
Journey Behind the Falls is a year-round attraction that offers an unique view of the Falls from below and behind. Visitors descend 150 ft. by elevator, where a short tunnel (150 ft.) gives access to two outdoor observation decks and two portals located directly behind the Falls. At Journey Behind the Falls, you`ll experience the awesome spectacle of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down to the basin below. During summer daylight hours, over 2,800 cubic meters of water thunders over the brink every second, travelling 65 kilometers per hour! Your Journey Behind the Falls visit will take 30 to 45 minutes and in the spring and summer months, you`ll receive a free souvenir biodegradable rain poncho as protection from the mist of the Falls. Elevators descend 150 feet through bedrock to tunnels that lead and to the Cataract Portal and the Great Falls Portal which is one third of the way behind the massive sheet of water. Then you walk on to the Upper and Lower Observation Decks at the very foot of the Falls. Posters of information are a great resource of information about the history and evolution of the hallways you walk through. 5.00My wife and I usually take a tour when we travel to someplace we haven't been before, so when we booked a trip to Toronto to visit Niagara Falls, we hired Zoom tours through Viator. Our tour guide was Johnny, and I'm not exaggerating when I say he's by far the best tour guide we've had - and we've had quite a few. He has an extensive knowledge of the area, including all the back roads and shortcuts that helped keep us from getting stuck in Toronto's considerable traffic. But that's not all: he's also a funny, engaging sort who kept everyone laughing through the whole trip to the falls and back. Makes sense, since he spent a couple of years singing and doing comedy on a cruise ship. But he's also extremely well-traveled, and can not only tell you the history of Toronto and its little-known fun facts, but pretty much every place else as well. We expected just another ho-hum tour, but we were treated to an entertaining and educational experience that turned out to be the high point of our trip. Now, when we're stuck in traffic, my wife and I ask, WWJD - What Would Johnny Do?

3.00There are several parts to this review in order for it to be fair and helpful. The booking process and communications is disjointed between Viator and Zoom. Viator advertises as tour pick up at the Revery Hotel. Less than 24 hours Zoom says they cant pick up at hotel due to construction..Too late to cancel and there was no construction or road closure schedule for this week. Viator sends a email the morning of the tour saying pick up is at hotel.. why are they not on the same page? Tour guide Johnny was very good however we spent too much time at the lake, flower clock and maple syrup tasting. I signed up for behind the falls tour and was talked out of it by the guide saying it would interfere with the walk to the boat ride and photo oppurtunities and departure time..why is this sold as an option when there is not enough time..The guide was correct but will I get a refund? The buffett was convienient and adequate but nithing was said about a soda being and extra charge. Guide did a good job getting us a half block from our hotel even though he was being told the roads were closed..They were not which I communicated to Zoom and Viator when the pick up point was changed. Organization and communications gets a 2. Tour guide gets a 4.5 Boat tour 5 Buffet 3 Other sites 3 Overall 3 Value 3

4.00Our tour guide was good, courteous and funny. Niagara Falls is beautiful. I would say to the outsourced companies, pair your groups together that have the same bookings. It is stressful for the driver and guests when everyone’s tickets are different, people are having to wait for others to finish their excursions and the ones on the excursion feels rushed.

5.00My daughter and I are visiting Toronto from California and doing a tour of Niagara Falls was a MUST! We were hesitant in picking a tour group and spending so much money but ultimately decided on the Zoom Tours as it seemed like such a good deal. We received timely updates via text and email regarding pickup locations and times that were affected by other downtown events. We were thrilled when Johnny arrived with his catchy horn honking and humor. Johnny kept us fully informed and entertained with stories about what we were seeing along the drive. We had multiple families who spoke a variety of languages (which was no problem as Johnny spoke at least 7 languages), and he kept them informed as well. We had a few stops for photo opportunities and our final stop was at Niagara Falls for lunch. We had not pre-booked lunch but were still able to pay our guide and enjoy a great buffet with amazing views. Johnny then led us to our Journey Behind the Falls tour followed by the boat cruise. We had multiple set backs on our ride back which Johnny navigated like an expert! We would not hesitate to recommend Zoom for this tour and guide Johnny for his excellent humor and knowledge. Thank you Johnny for a very very memorable and amazing experience!!
