The tour was good and our guide is worth referring… very pleasant, knowledgeable, and organized. However, the end of the tour is when we learned that we are on our own to find our way back to our start point (where our car was parked). We had a person in our group that had some breathing issues and finding a long tall uneven stairway back was not a pleasant experience

This entire tour was incredible. Taking photos from the sidelines is one thing, but experiencing everything up close is something completely different. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing that you don’t mind getting wet, especially around the lower areas. The mist and water were actually refreshing. I also recommend bringing a small towel to wipe off your glasses or phone. From the Journey Behind the Falls experience to the boat tour, every part of the excursion was amazing. And the fun didn’t end when the boat ride was over. We were dropped back off at our meeting location, where we enjoyed music, drinks, and had time to relax and take it all in. We took the tour on June 5th, and the weather was perfect. Our tour guide, Shariq, was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to have an answer for every question. One helpful tip: when meeting your tour guide, you’ll need to enter the Skylon Tower and take the escalator up to the Starbucks area to locate your group. This tour truly gives you an appreciation for the power and beauty of nature. I highly recommend it.

There was a lot of walking, and you do get wet on the boat, but it was a lot of fun, and Ryan was a great tour guide.
Karin (adult male) guide was the best. So knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile. The upgrade driving tour A+

Bring layers of clothes. It is such an amazing, well thought day out and you don’t miss a thing. My husband and adult kids were literally speechless and smiling all day.
Good tour, a lot more walking than expected.

It was very interesting and our host Julien was fantastic. We thought that the tour would be a little bit of walking and a longer time on the boat. It turned out to be a lot of time walking and just a little time on the boat.

Ryan was laid back, knowledgeable and funny, answered all our queries and gave us a lot of information about things to do and how to do them.The skyline gives magnificent views of Niagara and the falls, the Funicular is only short but fun and easier than walking down to the falls.The trip behind the falls is exhilarating ( and wet).Finally the boat ride along the river and into the mist of the horseshoe is spectacular and if you stand outside you will be absolutely soaked ( you can stand inside but really what’s the fun in that!!!!!

Ryan was an excellent guide. Small group. Plenty of time at each site, not rushed at all. Would highly recommend. The only issue was the meeting point. In the end, he came to us. Super customer service. 😊

Viator had good communication with me and was able to answer any questions. We received the confirmation email right away and frequent updates before our trip. I like that the tour was limited to 10 people. Small enough to maneuver around the crowd and stick together. Ashton was our tour guide and he was very personable. He had much information to share and was quick to answer any questions we had. He was patient to allow us to take pictures along the tour and was able to direct us to our next stop after the tour. We are really happy we had Ashton as our tour guide.
