Our tour aims to convey a different message to the community, particularly those solely dedicated to agriculture. While agriculture is crucial for Costa Ricans' livelihoods, it's often forgotten that cultivating crops requires sacrificing the forest, which serves as the habitat for many species.
On the way to our property, you'll notice vast plains where the forest has been cleared for agriculture. However, our company has partnered with a family of farmers committed to preserving the forest, spanning 60,000 square meters.
In this way, our company supports this forest by paying daily entrance fees. Thus, we help this family continue to maintain the forest intact, providing a home for many animals.

What To Expect
Join our thrilling guided night hike led by an ICT-certified professional, where you'll explore Costa Rica's nocturnal wildlife in La Fortuna de San Carlos. Spot red-eyed tree frogs, opossums, sloths, velvet worms, armadillos, glass frogs, dart frogs, and birds. Each tour offers unique sightings, but venturing into nature's darkness is always exhilarating. Closed-toe shoes are required; sandals are not allowed. Trails are easily accessible and well-maintained. Our guide will teach and explain everything about nature and its inhabitants, so feel free to ask.

5.00Amazing tour with Kai! Seeing a coral snake was definitely the highlight of the night, but we also spotted bullet ants, frogs, a tarantula, and many other fascinating creatures. Kai was a fantastic guide very knowledgeable and great at helping everyone spot wildlife. A truly exciting experience in the rainforest! Highly recommended.

5.00We had a great experience on the night walk with Admar. He was very friendly and clearly knows the rainforest really well. We managed to see several animals during the tour, including a mama sloth with her baby which was very special to see in the wild. Admar has an incredible ability to spot animals in the dark that we would have never seen on our own. It was a fun and interesting tour and we learned a lot along the way.

5.00We saw so many interesting creatures during the night walk. Our guide helped us spot many of them, but everyone in the group also joined in looking for wildlife, which made it really fun. My favorite was the red-eyed tree frog, but we also came across several other frogs, spiders, a snake, and a few more surprises along the way. It was a great experience exploring the rainforest at night.

5.00This tour was, without a doubt, the best I've done in La Fortuna. We saw a sloth, several frogs, snakes, and many other species. I highly recommend it. Ademar, our guide, was amazing. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna is impressive, and his ability to spot animals in their natural habitat is remarkable. He explained everything clearly and passionately, which made the experience even more enriching. A unique adventure you shouldn't miss!
