  The communication with the operator was my biggest problem. Before the trip, I communicated with the trip operator via e-mail through Viator. I did not have WhatsApp on my phone and I was unable to created an user ID in Egypt because I was using an egyptian SIM card. I had to rely on my fellow travlers to communicate with the operator. The phone number listed on the ticket cannot be reached via phone calls. My suggestion is for you to clearify how the travlers should communitade with the operator in Egypt and which APPS to use BEFORE the trip starts.

  Great experience and well organised Safe for solo travellers- involved in a nice group who you do tours with - about 15 people King Mina - incredible tour guide :) super well organised, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Great experience with him - really made it an unforgettable experience The boat - Nile Jewel , was old but clean and well kept , food wasn’t the best WiFi also doesn’t work well. But great staff. But all in all a very cool experience :)

  The ship was a low-average one with decent facilities that get the job done for the purpose of exploring upper Egypt in a cruise. Our guide Talaal was an amazing guy, knowledgeable about Egyptian history and always reachable for a conversation or clarifying doubts about the itinerary. I recommend him 100%. The group of people I shared with was the most amazing one I could have wished for, that was a great plus to the trip and a reason to get this package. You're mostly overpaying in some things but the worst was the Karnak Temple's lights show that is a dated show for which the guide charged 50 USD and is probably worth 10 USD. Totally skippable that one.

  Mina was very friendly helpful and resourceful. Since the beginning of our trip we felt very well taken care off. His guidance and energy was contagious as he shared the most important histories about the ancient egyptians culture and temples. He is very knowledgeable about egypcian traditions and culture. He created such and amazing experiences we could never forget. First time sailing through the nile river but I definitely recommend the cruise, the staff vas very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I dislike is the air pollution from the line of other cruises and the rush sometimes to stick to the busy agenda. If you want to enjoy and visit some of the most enjoyable places on earth, look no further and immerse yourself in this amazing experience.

  Great experience! From the cruise staff to the drivers, all great treatment. I did this same cruise a few months ago with a friend and this time around the guide made the experience way superior. Mina has been the best guide in our trip all around Egypt. Great sense of humor together with interesting and simplified explanations of the temples and mythology. We had long days but they were very fun and light with him. I could do this cruise again a third time for sure. ♥️

  缺点： 1. 我入住的是Nile Jewel游船，船上的员工在没有经过我同意的情况下随意用卡刷开我的房门，幸好当时我在房间内并且用安全链锁住了门，不然后果不堪设想。更糟糕的是，当我把这个情况告诉经理之后，第二天依然发生了同样的事情…… 2. 在我登船对小费，房间安排有一些疑问并询问travel agency之后，向导知道了这件事，他说我在投诉他，并让我当天就打包行李离开游船。暂不说我没有进行投诉，就算我进行了投诉，为何他可以让我离开船？我已经付了全款啊！虽然这件事最后得到了解决，但是我依然认为我的人身安全受到了威胁。我也不明白这是向导的个人行为还是travel gency授权的行为。 优点： 1. 向导说自己有15年的导游经验，所以对景点的讲解还算游刃有余，不清楚的地方也会多解释几次。 2. 船上餐厅的员工都很热情，菜品也比较丰富。 Disadvantages: 1. I stayed on the Nile Jewel cruise, and the staff entered my room using their key card without my permission. Fortunately, I was inside the room at the time and had secured the safety chain; otherwise, the consequences could have been unimaginable. What made it worse is that even after I reported this to the manager, the same incident happened again the next day. 2. When I boarded the cruise, I had some questions regarding tips and my room assignment and raised them with the travel agency. After the guide learned about this, he accused me of “complaining about him” and told me to pack my bags and leave the cruise that very day. Regardless of the fact that I never filed a complaint, even if I had, how could he have the authority to remove me from the cruise when I had already paid in full? Although the issue was eventually resolved, I still believe my personal safety was threatened. I also do not understand whether this was the guide’s personal behavior or something authorized by the travel agency. Advantages: 1. The guide claimed to have 15 years of experience, so his explanations at the attractions were relatively thorough. For unclear points, he was willing to provide additional details. 2. The restaurant staff on the cruise were very friendly, and the food selection was quite good.
