1.00Horrific, a horrifying experience when nothing that is advertised coincides with reality. The boat was of a much lower rank, very dirty, old and without proper services. And let alone the guide, the worst part of the cruise. The treatment received leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend closing this trip with VIATOR

5.00Amazing experience with our guide King Mina for this 4 day Nile cruise. We had fun seeing 4000 year old temples along the banks of the River Nile. Mina curated the trip such that we would see the places before it got crowded, buy from markets which sells authentic products at reasonable price. Overall a solid experience for us.

4.00The communication with the operator was my biggest problem. Before the trip, I communicated with the trip operator via e-mail through Viator. I did not have WhatsApp on my phone and I was unable to created an user ID in Egypt because I was using an egyptian SIM card. I had to rely on my fellow travlers to communicate with the operator. The phone number listed on the ticket cannot be reached via phone calls. My suggestion is for you to clearify how the travlers should communitade with the operator in Egypt and which APPS to use BEFORE the trip starts.
