This would be a great option for a day trip from Hanoi. Our tour is operated in small group of up to 20 people and transported by a luxury limousine, offering you greater comfort and privacy throughout the journey.

The tour provides unique experiences such as a scenic boat ride of over two hours in Trang An or Tam Coc (your choice), where you can explore the Trang An or Tam Coc a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will also climb nearly 500 steps to the top of Mua Cave to enjoy the most breathtaking panoramic views.

In addition, you will visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, a treasure of Vietnamese culture, architecture, and history. During the trip, you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring a variety of local specialties

Hoa Lu Ancient Capital

10.30: Arriving Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, there are 2 Temples were built on the ground of the old royal place, one is dedicated to Dinh King, and the other is to Le King. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnam 11.15 - 12.00: it's time for bicycle to ride around the local village and discover how amazing life of the local people ( This is just for fun and free activity. If you don't know how to ride a bike, you can walk around taking photos or you can stay at the restaurant to rest ) 12.00: Have lunch with Vietnamese cuisine. The vegetarian option is also available

Took this tour on Feb 23 and was lucky to have been assigned Ryan as our tour guide. He was very informative, giving us a history lesson as we made our way to Ninh Binh . He kept the tour moving at a perfect pace and made sure everyone was taken care of. Every part of the tour he explained exactly what was going to happen, gave us local rules and offered suggestions to help us make the best of the tour.. Would 100% recommend this tour and hope you are lucky enough to have Ryan as your guide.

This is a great trip if you want a day out. Our guide, Giang, was fantastic! He told us so many fun and interesting facts throughout the day…both on the bus (which was super comfortable), and at all of the stops we made. Boating through the caves was the best! 💥 The bike ride was great too. I’d definitely recommend this trip!

The bamboo boat ride was unreal!!! It’s the most beautiful part of Vietnam and the guide (Brian) was very kind , he gave us a tour along with the cultural stories and has a good sense of humor, loved the overall experience.

It was Tet when I went on the trip, so things had to be fluid as the Vietnamese people were celebrating the new lunar year. We could not go to Trang An as planned as all the tickets had been sold for the day, but the company was on it and quickly changed to Tam Coc so we could still see the karsts by boat. Our guide was a young man called ‘Ryan’ who was incredibly enthusiastic and told us all the information we required to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Thankfully, he didn’t talk for any longer than he had to. Information overlaps can sometimes be an issue on these trips.

Mia was the best tour guide! Highly recommend this tour. The region is so beautiful and Mia did a wonderful job teaching us about the history and culture of the region. Also props to the driver, it was some of the most skillful driving I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to spend the day doing fun activities in a beautiful spot, then do this tour!!!

Tour was a bit disrupted due to Tet, Luna New Year crowds. Guide Liam did his best, but traffic was horrendous. Worth doing the trip for the boat ride on the river, this was spectacular. Cycle was let's say a bit chaotic but looking back was a laugh, roads were tracks full of potholes and again busy. Buffet was ok.
