This would be a great option for a day trip from Hanoi. Our tour is operated in small group of up to 20 people and transported by a luxury limousine, offering you greater comfort and privacy throughout the journey.

The tour provides unique experiences such as a scenic boat ride of over two hours in Trang An or Tam Coc (your choice), where you can explore the Trang An or Tam Coc a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will also climb nearly 500 steps to the top of Mua Cave to enjoy the most breathtaking panoramic views.

In addition, you will visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, a treasure of Vietnamese culture, architecture, and history. During the trip, you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring a variety of local specialties

Hoa Lu Ancient Capital

10.30: Arriving Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, there are 2 Temples were built on the ground of the old royal place, one is dedicated to Dinh King, and the other is to Le King. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnam 11.15 - 12.00: it's time for bicycle to ride around the local village and discover how amazing life of the local people ( This is just for fun and free activity. If you don't know how to ride a bike, you can walk around taking photos or you can stay at the restaurant to rest ) 12.00: Have lunch with Vietnamese cuisine. The vegetarian option is also available

    Brian was an excellent tour guide. The limousine bus collected us near our hotel at 7:30am and it was a comfortable two hour drive to our first stop. Brian shared a lot of insightful information and it was evident he had extensive local historical and cultural knowledge. The tour itself was well-paced, we never felt rushed or left waiting for long. It was a really comfortable temperature (20-25•C), however a little overcast due to the time of the year. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone - young or old! ☺️

    We had an amazing day trip at Ninh Binh. Everything was very well organized and planned. No time wasted. Our guide Quý was excellent.     Well planned out trip from start to finish. Brian was an excellent tour guide and made sure we had a great time. The buffet offered a good selection of foods and is complementary, however drinks are to be paid for in the restaurant.

    We really enjoyed our trip! There was a great mix of activities and we particularly loved the boat ride at Trang An! The lunch provided was delicious and our guide was great!

    This was Day 4 and part of a 21-day private tour organised for us by Lan and her team at Vivu Travel. We were delighted to meet them to thank them personally for preparing our tour. The itinerary they put together for us was exceptional truly comprehensive. The Ninh Binh sampan trip on the Ngo Dong River was hilarious with our 'captain' using his feet to row! Caves amazing - great acoustics. Interesting to observe waterlily fields and birdlife. Lunch of local cuisine at Tam Coc was pre-ordered and delicious.
