5.00Excellent itinerary for Ninh Binh & experience overall! I had two elderly parents with me, and our tour guide, Trang made extra efforts to ensure that my parents were taken care of even if we were not participating in a particular activity (such as biking). Trang was funny, knowledgeable, engaging, and very sweet - she went out of her way all the time to make sure that everybody on the tour was enjoying their trip. Our driver was also excellent and the Heritage Travel limo buses were extremely comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend this company's tours - 10/10 experience!

4.00Booking. Pick up good. On time. The tour was ok in general. You see some good sites. It involves a lot of driving. Being around two hours away from Hanoi. Traffic is a problem. I got to my hotel about 8pm. The 500 step climb is very hard. Most people turn back and come down when they can't keep going. It's very vertical. Unless you are very athletic or young. Not for me at 67. The buffet food was good. You pay for your drinks. If there was one thing that could be better I think keeping the group together. Our guide seemed to lose people all the time.
