  Our boat for three hours was booked between 2pm to 5pm and we arrived at 1.50pm ready for our boat and instructions. Upon arriving, they mentioned our boat was not back from the previous trip and should only be about 10 minutes. So we went off to get water and a coffee. 10 minutes, turned into 20 minutes, which turned in 30 minutes, which turned into an HOUR. This is really not okay. Then they declared we could have the boat from 3pm to 6pm (which actually wasn't what we wanted), we had a one hours drive back and a diabetic daughter to get home for dinner. If I had wanted to book 3pm to 6pm I would have (as we had booked this prior to leaving UK). It's not really okay to make people wait over an hour. They finally gave a 50euros refund (due to unhappy customers), but this was a bit of a fight to be fair. We decided to go out for 2.5 hours in the end (3pm to 5.30pm) and then they charged us 35 euros in petrol. And if people can't return boats on time, then there should be strict policies on late payment charges so people avoid doing it, so that other customers don't just get pushed to the back. Numerous times, we were told 'the boat is in the port', but it doesn't take a further 20 mins to get the boat back. Think we were fobbed off a little. Once we returned, there was a lot of greek talking prior to being charged 35 euros for petrol, so we felt we were stung for this too due to us getting a 50 euro refund (but maybe not - who knows!). Absolutely would not do again.

  Welcome Welcoming on arrival. But very average friendliness of the person who explained the operation of the boat. Very average condition, inoperative instruments (impossible to control fuel consumption).

  The stuff was good, everything was explained clearly about boat operations. Service also. Just fuel calculation was under “gray zone” because the boat fuel gauge was broken, so was not clear if fuel tank was full. I couldn’t check it my self and had to trust organizer.

  Amazing experience, we rented the boat from latchi harbor and we had a fantastic day!The staff were incredible helpful and friendly, they gave us clear instructions on how to operate the boat and where to go safely! The boat itself was in excellent condition clean - well equipped and perfect for a family ! Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area it's a must fo experience! Thank you Blue Diamond Latchi for the great experience with my family! My kids were happy and excited!

  A unique experience you truly deserve! My partner and I drove the boat ourselves and explored the magical Akamas coast. The staff were excellent — they showed us how to operate the boat, use the anchor, and gave us a map with key info and top spots. The crystal-clear waters of Akamas were some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. We had a free cooler, snorkels, and masks. The boat was fast, comfortable, and brand new. We connected our phone via Bluetooth and enjoyed our favorite music. Fuel wasn’t included in the price, but we only paid for what we used — very fair! We’ll definitely come again. Thank you!
