The tour operator confirmed the meeting point the day before, but the driver didn’t have my details and said I’d have to pay again to join. Another traveller mentioned having the same issue the previous day, which felt very unprofessional. The driver didn’t speak English, drove recklessly even in heavy rain, and water was leaking from the bus ceiling. Seats were fairly comfortable, but there was little space for bags. He also demanded extra money for things that were already included — like picking us up after the cable car to Tatev, even though the monastery was part of the tour. He later took us to an unplanned stop, asked for more money, and as a result, we missed one of the main attractions because it got dark. He initially refused to continue driving until we paid, but after I contacted the agency, they called his boss and he immediately continued the trip. On a positive note, lunch was great, and my other tour with the same operator was excellent. It seems the problem was with this driver, not the agency overall.

This tour was a really great way to see Southern Armenia. Our guide was passionate about her country and very informative. The stops were beautiful, and we had the perfect amount of time at each one.

Tatev monastery & the landscape around it is breathtaking, plus taking the ropeway to reach it, is an amazing experience in itself. Khndoresk cave dwelling is a fascinating landscape which transports one to the distant 'fairy-tale land'.. to relax after a long day, there is shaki waterfalls & wine tasting in the end. Hasmik was our guide today & she was so knowledgeable about everything, helped us a lot with the information, history & anecdotal stories. She's super friendly & cheerful, that it feels amazing to have her as a guide. I will totally recommend this trip to everyone if you are in Yeravan..

There is no way to put zero stars I am afraid. We booked this tour which was supposed to start at 7am. We went there for the tour and the tour operator is called One Way Travel and not Tranquil so basically Tranquil is acting as a broker and just add commission on top of the normal price. We arrived there only to be told that the tour was fully booked and there is no spot for us because Tranquil didn't notify them about our reservation. We were flying the next day so we were left without options. We were forced to find any tour available and book it at double the price because all tours were fully booked. So we paid double the price for a much smaller tour that doesn't go to all the places. Do not book with these guys if you have limited time in Armenia. Better go direct with the tour operator instead of a useless broker that they take commission and they fail to do the simplest thing ever which is to notify the tour operator.

We really enjoyed our trip and we learned so much about Armenian culture thanks to the crystal clear explanation of the tour guide Miss Ani Muradyan. Kudos to you and your team. It was a short but a very meaningful trip. We are already looking forward to book again in the near future.

It was a fun and amazing tour. It was a 12 hour tour and the bus ride was quite comfortable. The places we've been to were quite beautiful!
