MAGNIFICENT Tour of Normandy with Expert Guide Fabrice!

5.00This was MAGNIFIQUE! The private tour for my family of 4, guided by Fabrice, was absolutely wonderful! He was a fabulous storyteller and incredibly knowledgeable about every detail and statistic related to D-Day & “Operation Overlord”. We marvelled continuously at the things he knew and the way he described the events of that time in history. He was an expert driver & we traveled in a luxury Mercedes van. He customized our trip, letting us stay longer where we wished & adding extra stops based on our interest. He also actively worked to miss the big bus crowds at each stop in order to enable us to have private, quiet time at the sites for reflection. Overall, it was one of the best tours we have ever taken!! ☺️☺️☺️ And Fabrice and his company are worth every penny! We highly recommend this tour! Visiting Normandy was a highlight of our 9 day visit to Paris. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 P.s. we watched episode 2 of “Band of Brothers” the night before which helped remind us of the event from one vantage point…

5.00We had an amazing time on our tour. Our guide, Lucile, was friendly and very informative. I traveled with my husband and kids (17, 11, and 7), and she was wonderful about answering all of their questions. She also picked a great spot for lunch! I highly recommend this trip. The drive was long (just over 3 hours), but we stopped at a gas station for drinks and a restroom break on the way.

5.00It was a sobering experience to walk among the shores, cliffs and cemeteries where thousands of courageous young men laid down their lives to rescue their fellow man from the fascist idealism of a hell-bent Nazi regime. We owe so much to them and should forever memorialize their self-sacrifice.
